Reporters state that Lotus is enhancing its retail strategy by launching the new project “Lotus Oasis Pattanakarn 30,” a premium community mall in the heart of Pattanakarn. It targets over 45,000 upper-middle-income consumers in the area, highlighting the “Pavilion” concept as a distinctive feature, creating a comprehensive lifestyle space covering dining, living, and wellness.
The project is positioned as more than just a supermarket by upgrading the Lotus’s Go Fresh Supermarket, which offers over 5,000 imported fresh food items. It partners with well-known restaurant and service brands to attract traffic and strengthen business momentum in Pattanakarn, a fiercely competitive market for premium community malls in Bangkok.
Within the project, experiences are divided into three main themes, starting with “Eat Well,” which gathers multiple dining and café brands such as Bar B Q Plaza, A Ramen, Nonna Twist, as well as famous coffee and dessert spots like Sol Coffee and Bow Cake. Next is “Live Well,” focusing on convenience services including drive-thru, Click & Collect, electric vehicle charging stations, along with health products and fitness services.
Meanwhile, the “Look Good” zone offers comprehensive personal care services ranging from nail and hair salons, dental clinics, beauty products, to pharmaceutical consulting services. It also features the Pavilion space for community activities and relaxation in a contemporary atmosphere.
Lotus emphasized that “Oasis Pattanakarn 30” will serve as a model for the brand’s new generation of community malls in terms of products, services, and design. It aims to become a new landmark in the Pattanakarn area and a foundation for future premium project developments.
