PEA Pushes PEA Sabuy Service Campaign for Easy and Convenient Electricity Services

Mr. Mongkol Treekittanon, Governor of the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), said that over the past decades, PEA has focused on developing electrical infrastructure nationwide. Today, energy is more than just illumination; it is central to quality of life, innovation, and sustainability. PEA Sabuy Service is therefore designed to make all electricity matters easy, convenient, and compatible with the lifestyles of all groups.

The PEA Smart Plus app is the official primary application developed by PEA to facilitate comprehensive electricity-related transactions via mobile phones.Electricity users canpay electricity bills, settle other service fees, and submit various requests to PEA.

Additionally, the PEA Smart Plus app allows users to check their electricity bills and view historical billing data, enhancing convenience, transparency, and supporting efficient household energy expense management.Electricity users candownload the PEA Smart Plus app today from both the App Store and Google Play.


Meanwhile, Watt-D Point is a rewards system within the PEA Smart Plus app that offers benefits to electricity users. By paying bills on time, users earn points that can be redeemed as electricity bill rebates. New registrants immediately receive 500 points, equivalent to a 50 baht rebate on the following month's bill (100 points equal 10 baht).

Users earn an additional 150 points every month for timely bill payment. Moreover, points canbe redeemedas credit for electric vehicle charging throughthePEA VOLTA app, aligning with the clean energy trend and growing EV usage.

PEA e-Bill is an electronic service delivering electricity bills and receipts/tax invoices via email, reducing lost bills and paper use to help combat global warming. Subscribers to PEA e-Bill receive an extra 30 Watt-D Point rewards monthly, which can be redeemed for various benefits. Registration is available through PEA Smart Plus and PEA e-Service, providing convenience, security, and environmental friendliness.

PEA e-Service is accessible via the website Sabuyservice.pea.co.th, offering comprehensive online electricity transactions covering core business services such as new electricity connections, distribution area expansion requests, and payment ofother service fees.It also includes related energy business services,


such aselectric vehicle charging station services via PEA VOLTA, along with other energy platforms and services, eliminating the need to visit PEA offices. Currently, PEA e-Service offers over 29 services to facilitate fast, convenient, and energy-user-focused solutions..

The LINE Official Account: PEAThailand (verified by the green shield) allows electricity users to receive immediate bill notifications on their mobile phones, check electricity usage, and pay bills via various channels includingbanks,external service providers' mobile applications, TrueMoney, andother options.

At the same time, PEA launched Joey Phuwasit as the spokesperson for PEA Sabuy Service to communicate the concept of easy and convenient electricity services to all generations, enhancing the organization’s image as a modern, friendly energy provider ready to advance with Thai society. This reinforces PEA’s direction to evolve from an electricity providerinto a platformintegrating electricity usage, technology,and lifestylein a comprehensive manner.
