Siam Piwat leads NEXTOPIA at Siam Paragon to transform the retail industry by creating the world's first Co-Creation Retail for Sustainable Lifestyle model, achieving two global standards: the EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) Advanced level and the Fitwel high-level 2-star certification. Alternative Content Leader Major Cineplex Group reinforces its leadership in the cinema business by continuously expanding its content line into Alternative Content platforms to meet the lifestyle needs of digital-era consumers. Recently, it launched a virtual reality (VR) 360° concert experience that elevates entertainment beyond traditional film viewing, using VR 360° technology and Spatial Audio systems to deliver realistic visuals and sound as if the audience is physically inside the concert hall.

This phenomenon debuted with VR concerts from two global K-POP artists: ATEEZ VR CONCERT: LIGHT THE WAY and TWS VR CONCERT: RUSH ROAD.
