Marketing Roundup: BWG Smiles as Business Restructuring Drives Sustainable Growth

Ms. Natthaphan Luangviriya, Director and Deputy Managing Director of Business Development and Corporate Communications at Better World Green Public Company Limited (BWG), said the company's board approved a proposal for the annual general meeting to consider paying dividends at 0.0075 baht per share, totaling over 47.86 million baht. This marks the first dividend payout in six years, reflecting success in business restructuring aimed at sustainable growth.

This dividend announcement represents a significant milestone for the company, marking its first dividend payment in six years (since 2019). It reflects BWG's strong financial foundation and the stable recovery of its operating results in recent periods.

Over the past several years, BWG has invested in upgrading environmental infrastructure, developing SRF fuel production technology, and restructuring its finances alongside disciplined debt management. These efforts have balanced the capital structure and steadily improved operational cash flow. With sufficient and stable free cash flow, the company is now positioned to return value to shareholders while maintaining financial flexibility to support long-term growth.

Ms. Natthaphan added that the company focuses on systematic business restructuring and strengthening financial stability through investments in environmental infrastructure, technology development, and disciplined debt management.

These results are reflected in a solid financial position, consistent cash flow generation, and readiness to pay returns to shareholders again. The resumption of dividend payments after six years signals BWG's transition into a more stable growth phase under a comprehensive and balanced business structure. Going forward, the company will maintain liquidity strength while cautiously expanding its business to deliver appropriate and sustainable returns to shareholders over the long term.

This movement aligns with the direction of the group, as Earth Tech Environment Public Company Limited (ETC) announced its first dividend payment since listing, following outstanding 2025 performance driven by cost management efficiency and recognition of value from divesting projects not yet under construction. This has significantly strengthened ETC's financial structure, ushering in a debt-free era.

Meanwhile, Akkhie Prakan Public Company Limited (AKP) approved a dividend payment of 0.046 baht per share, an increase of 0.009 baht from the previous year, after robust 2025 performance fueled by efficient cost management and profit recognition from investments. This reflects a strong financial position and improving profitability.

The simultaneous dividend declarations by these three group companies illustrate an overall picture of improved financial stability and sufficient operational cash flow under disciplined financial management. They are moving forward with investments in new projects to strengthen recurring income bases and support sustainable long-term growth.

The company has set the Record Date for shareholders entitled to dividends on 15 May 2026, with dividend payments scheduled for 29 May 2026.
