ETC Sets Sights on Becoming Thailands Leading Industrial Waste Power Plant

Mr. Supawat Kunwarawinit, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Earth Tech Environment Public Company Limited (ETC), along with the company's board of directors, stated that ETC held its 2026 annual general meeting (AGM), where all key agendas were unanimously approved, including a dividend payment of 0.048 baht per share. This is the first dividend payout in over eight years, reflecting a significant improvement in cash flow generation and financial strength.

The company's performance continues to grow steadily in both revenue and net profit, alongside effective financial restructuring that has significantly reduced interest expenses. The 2026 results are expected to better translate operating profits into net profits, thereby enhancing returns for investors.


Regarding growth, the company is prepared to participate in new project bids, supported by a strong financial position and consistent operating cash flow. Additionally, support from the BWG group strengthens fuel security, which is a crucial factor enhancing the company's capability to bid for new projects.

Golf Swing for Relationship Building Mr. Sayom Rohitsatien, Deputy Managing Director of Viriyah Insurance Public Company Limited, honored the event as chairman of the opening ceremony for the Viriyah Invitational Golf Tournament 2026 for the Bangkok and metropolitan zone.
