Good Health Is Luxury: Sansiri Invests 100 Million to Develop Bangkokkrita Sport Complex with Wellness Strategy

“Narasiri,” a luxury home brand from Sansiri covering four locations in both the eastern and western zones, recently closed first-phase sales totaling over 1.5 billion baht at Narasiri Victor Bangkokkrita and Narasiri Borommaratchachonnani in the western zone. The second-phase sales are set to open in June, as Sansiri aims to elevate the residents’ quality of life to a more premium level.

Napathar Taweesin, Managing Director of International Operations at Sansiri Public Company Limited, shared his experience working in hospitality and noted the rising trend of health care among Thai people, observed through lifestyle habits such as monitoring sleep quality.

Citing data from GWI, he noted the global Wellness industry is growing rapidly and is forecasted to reach a value of 10 trillion dollars by 2029. Thailand is viewed as a global destination with advantages over other countries in terms of outstanding service and cost of living value.

This trend means even the real estate market must adapt accordingly, as it will drive long-term home-buying decisions. Nowadays, the best investment is in one’s health.

At the press conference, partner Surachet Amornrattanavej, Managing Director of Technogym Thailand, spoke about the collaboration between Technogym and NARASIRI, integrating a world-class Wellness Ecosystem with residential living.

He explained the reason for partnering with Sansiri is the brand’s strength, comparing the distinct identities of both brands: even without logos, people can recognize Technogym’s fitness equipment design.

Similarly, when entering a Sansiri project, one immediately recognizes the brand. Having fitness equipment at home is considered a form of investment asset that people today value.

Technogym has designed workout classes specifically for Narasiri, segmented into four diverse groups: Fitness, Sport, Wellness, and Deep Health.

“Seeing a doctor takes only a few minutes, but people spend almost the entire day at home.”

Endocrinology and Metabolism specialist Associate Professor Dr. Sira Kopaisarn explained that holistic health care is most importantly about preventive health. While doctor visits take only minutes, people spend nearly 24 hours daily at home. Thus, home design greatly affects the body’s biological clock, including green spaces, bedroom light direction, and good ventilation. Additionally, a supportive community and neighbors positively impact mental health, influencing hormone balance, stress management, and anti-aging.

This collaboration has led Sansiri to focus on building a long-term healthy ecosystem through the “Luxury Wellness Ecosystem” strategy, starting at Narasiri Bangkokkrita with over seven rai of communal green space to provide residents comprehensive access to nature.

Plans include developing a Sport Complex open to all, not just Sansiri homeowners.

“We plan to build two large football fields, pickleball courts, and a clubhouse. The investment is currently estimated at about 100 million baht, and we are still managing costs,” said Napathar Taweesin.

The Sport Complex is expected to open this year under that name initially. The goal of expanding this business is to create a wellness community in the Bangkokkrita area accessible to everyone, beyond just Sansiri residents.

Beyond the Sport Complex, Sansiri has future plans to invest and expand, including acquiring overseas hotels targeting two additional trophy assets this year. These acquisitions will likely involve purchasing buildings for renovation in major cities in the US and Europe, with contract negotiations ongoing. They also plan to invest in school businesses in Bangkok.

Sansiri’s investment plans reflect the view that the Wellness trend is not merely a short-term consumption fad but a “lifestyle transformation” where people increasingly value health, balance, and quality living in the long run, becoming a key factor in choosing homes and lifestyles in the future.
