
Ms. Jittinan Wangli, co-managing director of business group at Rangsit Plaza Co., Ltd., which manages Future Park and Zpell shopping centers, said the centers are advancing customer experience upgrades to embrace the Pet Humanization trend.
They launched the newest zone, Pet Zociety, an outdoor and semi-outdoor lifestyle area fully dedicated to pet lovers, located at the front of the Zpell shopping center. The area underwent major renovations to create a seamless, open space.
This space stretches from a 1,000-car parking building along the entire Zpell building to the Zappening activity plaza, under the concept "Your Lifestyle. Your Future." It gathers all lifestyles in one place to meet modern consumer behaviors, especially pet lovers seeking to live with their pets in every dimension—rest, time spent, and services in a single area.
Inside the zone is Pet Club, a comprehensive pet store catering to all pet lovers' needs, from products, food, and accessories to pet owners’ lifestyles. It is conveniently connected to Thonglor Animal Hospital just across the street, elevating Pet Zociety into the most complete pet ecosystem in the Rangsit area.
To celebrate the zone’s opening, the shopping center held a grand launch event called Hello Pet Zociety, featuring the Future Park Petrock – Every Pet is a Rockstar event with an opening ceremony on 14 May 2026.
The event invited pet lovers to enjoy a variety of activities throughout the day, including pet accessory workshops, the exciting Paw Duo Challenge strength competition, Pet Studio photo sessions with beloved pets, games, and a veterinary talk by Thonglor Animal Hospital.
The Future Park Petrock – Every Pet is a Rockstar event showcases the star power of furry friends. It gathers pet enthusiasts and features surprise appearances by famous pet influencers over 48 days, from 14 May to 30 June 2026, offering three types of activities:
1. Pet Obstacle, a challenge to prove pets’ strength. Owners bring their pets to compete in an obstacle course promoting health and bonding, with tasks like zigzag running, hoop crawling, and retrieving hearts for owners.
2. Pet Memories, professional popup pet studio photo sessions with furry companions.
3. Pet Cafe Pop-Up, an opportunity to get close to beloved pets and exotic animals from renowned pet cafes.
Ms. Jittinan said Pet Zociety was designed to be more than a resting area—it is a destination for shared life between people and pets. It emphasizes convenience from start to finish, connecting experiences inside the shopping center, designed as a Botanical Garden, to the outdoor area via Grove Design, linking people with nature and creating a relaxing atmosphere.
The space’s experience is enhanced in every dimension, using natural earth-tone materials such as wood, stone, and natural surfaces to blend with Zappening, the activity plaza in front of Zpell. A key highlight is the Sky Bridge that seamlessly connects all areas over 2,000 square meters, making travel convenient, safe, and continuous for customers and their pets.
No longer needing to walk around buildings, the design focuses on Tree Clusters to create light and shade rhythms, providing shade along the walkways. It naturally connects all points, turning every step into a relaxing and memorable experience.
At the same time, architectural and landscape structures serve as an Urban Canopy combining real trees and pergola structures to provide shade suitable for outdoor use. It supports resting, activities, and spending time with pets all day. Key components include:
• Pet Playground: a free-run play area for pets equipped with amenities such as waste disposal points, hand and foot washing stations, and safe, well-defined zones.
• Pet Parking: designated parking spots for customers with pets, located on the ground floor of the 1,000-car parking building near Pet Zociety.
• Pet Stroller: pet stroller service available for customers who did not bring their own, located on the ground floor of the 1,000-car parking building.
• A direct walkway from the 1,000-car parking building to Pet Playground via escalators, eliminating the need to walk around buildings.
