
Simon Zhang San-Zheng, Mayor of Taoyuan City, Taiwan, took part in the opening ceremony of the 21st BANGKOK INTERNATIONAL EXOTIC PLANTS SHOW & SALE, the premier event for rare and exotic plants worldwide. The event was organized by Sanpasiri Chaowanwanich and Dr. Weerakitti Hanpariporn, who warmly welcomed attendees. The opening was presided over by Mrs. Thanyathita Boonyamaneekul, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Agricultural Extension, at Chaengwattana Hall, Central Chaengwattana Shopping Center, recently.
Meeting New Challenges Thai Beverage Public Company Limited supported the C asean Forum 2026 (CaF 2026) under the theme "Navigating ASEAN’s Future: Gearing Towards the 60th Anniversary," organized by the C asean Center at CW Tower. The forum gathered ambassadors from various ASEAN member countries, organizational leaders, and senior executives from leading regional businesses to exchange visions, perspectives, and strategies for sustainable preparedness in facing future global changes.
Mr. Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi, Chairman of C asean and CEO of Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, welcomed and officially opened the event. Special Professor Dr. Surakiart Sathirathai, Chairman of the Asian Council for Peace and Reconciliation, delivered a keynote speech titled "ASEAN Milestones and Future Directions," outlining ASEAN's significant developments.
He also presented perspectives on the region’s direction amid rapid global changes. Additionally, ambassadors from ASEAN member countries including Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Timor-Leste honored the forum by participating in a panel discussion titled "Road to ASEAN’s 60th Anniversary: Ambassadors’ Dialogue for Future Resilience."
The event concluded with Insight Talks on "Advancing Regional Competitiveness Towards ASEAN at 60," featuring business sector insights and experiences. The discussions focused on strategies to enhance ASEAN’s competitiveness and readiness for a stable and sustainable future.
Driving Cooperation Mr. Sarawut Youwittaya, CEO of TCP Group (standing fifth from the right), joined the Thai business delegation accompanying Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul on an official visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The visit aimed to promote economic, trade, and investment relations between Thailand and Vietnam.
He also participated in the Thailand–Viet Nam Investment and Business Networking 2026 event held at the Junior Ballroom, Fairmont Hanoi Hotel, Hanoi, Vietnam. The event was well attended by representatives from both governments and private sectors of the two countries.
During the event, Mr. Sarawut was honored as one of the representatives of Thai business leaders from the food and beverage industry to share investment perspectives and business operation experiences in Vietnam. Alongside representatives from various industries, he highlighted Thailand's potential as a regional investment and growth hub.
