Dr. Jakrapon Chantawimon, Marketing Communications Director at Seacon Development Public Company Limited, revealed that this development is not merely a major renovation of the center but lays a new foundation for long-term service experience. Currently, construction is over 50% complete, reflecting readiness to develop quality space to serve both consumers and business partners.
The project features Concept i, a global architectural and interior design firm with experience in commercial projects, shopping centers, and leisure spaces across multiple countries. Their involvement aims to elevate standards and enhance the development concept to better suit urban lifestyles by seamlessly integrating retail, relaxation, and activities. The opening is scheduled for December 2026.
Following the previous announcement of the MyScape zone development, Seacon Square Srinakarin has expanded the project with three new highlight zones: My Bite ’n Boost, a food and lifestyle area for all-day moments from before work to after, combining dining, socializing, and recharging in a relaxed atmosphere; MMAD, a destination for art and creativity offering close encounters with exhibitions and inspiration.
It also includes cultural activities, and My Active Life, a zone focused on active lifestyle and health care that combines exercise, wellness, and sustainable living in one place. These three new zones will complement the North Wing area, with MyScape as the core development on the center’s north side, elevating Seacon Square beyond retail to a multi-dimensional lifestyle destination.
Next, the project will enhance the tenant mix with greater diversity, covering products, services, lifestyle, food and beverages, and experiential activities to complete the project and better serve visitors comprehensively.
To support the center's growth, a new parking building is under construction, adding 2,000 parking spaces. This will increase total capacity to over 10,000 vehicles, improving convenience for the growing number of customers.
"This development marks an important step for Seacon Square Srinakarin in advancing toward a Retail and Lifestyle Ecosystem that grows with consumer demand and creates stable long-term business opportunities for partners," he said.
