Ms. Rewadi Katekaew, Chief Executive Officer of Finngentic Company Limited, stated that Finndaa aims to address pain points for consumers wanting to own a home. The process of finding a desirable home often takes a long time, including browsing websites, scheduling viewings, and even searching for home loans. These steps slow consumer decisions and may lead to not purchasing a home due to difficulties in access.
Finndaa integrates these essential processes into a comprehensive single platform—from home searching and scheduling viewings with notifications to presenting suitable loan options to consumers—to promote sales and facilitate a smoother transition from search to decision-making for buyers.
Users can express their requirements in natural language without having to start by setting multiple filters, such as “I want a condo priced under 10 million baht, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, near Terminal 21, convenient for commuting to Asoke, and a monthly installment not exceeding 15,000 baht.”
The system uses conditions from the conversation—including budget, property type and size, location, and commute—to search and filter relevant properties. Users can continue the conversation to adjust criteria without re-entering information one item at a time. The AI Avatar guides users to related information, such as property details or similar listings, reducing search steps and page navigation.
Dr. Winn Worawutkunchai, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Finngentic Company Limited, said that Finndaa’s strength lies in allowing users to communicate with the AI Avatar in natural language, reducing reliance on manual data entry or keyboard use.
"Finndaa’s key feature is that users can converse with the Avatar with minimal typing or touching the screen. Finndaa helps users find suitable homes by allowing natural language interaction as if talking to a friend, while understanding the intent and immediately presenting appropriate properties," he said.
When users select a property of interest, the system connects with the local sales agent responsible for that property to coordinate and confirm viewing appointments, with reminders sent via LINE and the platform. Additionally, Finndaa provides tools for preliminary loan assessments, including loan amount and monthly installment calculations, along with loan product information from participating banks and channels for loan officers to follow up, enabling buyers to assess financial readiness alongside property selection.
It should be noted that the loan calculations are preliminary estimates; approval amounts, interest rates, and terms are subject to each bank’s criteria.
Finngentic plans to expand the number and sources of property listings, grow its network of local agents, and enhance AI capabilities to better understand user context and needs in detail. The platform will also support multiple languages in the future, beginning with English, to accommodate users searching for real estate in English and broaden access to diverse user groups.
At launch, Finndaa offers only NPA properties that Finnlution has distribution rights for and does not accept listings from the general public. Interested users can access the platform free of charge starting late September at finndaa.com.
