Empowering Women Thai Life Insurance Public Company Limited supports strengthening women's capabilities and roles as vital forces driving sustainable business, economic, and social progress through participation in the Asia Women Leaders International Summit 2026, aiming to connect women leaders across Asia to exchange perspectives and build an inclusive social ecosystem.
Ms. Warang Chaiyawan, Director and Deputy CEO of Thai Life Insurance, was honored to deliver the opening speech at the Gala Dinner of the Asia Women Leaders International Summit 2026, organized by the Asia Women Leaders Forum (AWLF) with cooperation from the Japanese Embassy in Thailand, Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Japan, and partner networks under the theme “Women’s Empowerment and Asia’s Social Ecosystem Development,” sharing insights from women leaders and executives from across Asia.
In her opening remarks, Ms. Warang emphasized women's critical role in driving business and society, highlighting that empowering women is not only about providing support or opportunities but also a force that strengthens families, organizations, communities, and society as a whole—essential for sustainable national development. When women receive opportunities, confidence, and conducive environments for advancement, they can produce outcomes beyond expectations, adding value to organizations, society, and the economy.
An example of this success is a top-performing insurance sales team led by a female team leader, demonstrating women's potential to inspire, nurture with care, manage teams, and drive outstanding business achievements.
Thai Life Insurance believes that people are the heart of business and sustainable growth, focusing on continuous personnel development. The company values creating an open work culture, delivering value, respecting diversity, and promoting equality in developing all employees regardless of gender or age, including knowledge, skills, and growth opportunities.
This enables all employees, regardless of gender, to fully realize their potential, while instilling a spirit of caring or “Care With Heart,” which has become the organizational culture embraced by all staff. This caring approach differentiates Thai Life Insurance from other insurers and forms the foundation of trust, mutual care, and long-term relationships, empowering teams toward success and sustainable business growth.
Promoting women's roles is thus a key mechanism creating positive social impact broadly, including family stability, economic empowerment, and strong community development. This aligns with the company’s Life Inclusion sustainability strategy—connecting experiences to opportunities socially—and reflects the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 5 on Gender Equality and SDG 10 on Reduced Inequalities.
As a business committed to creating social value, Thai Life Insurance continues to advance environmental, social, and governance (ESG) management, fostering a work environment that promotes diversity, equality, and inclusion at all levels, aiming for strong, sustainable growth for the company, its people, and Thai society.
