Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atiwut Kamuthamas, President of the Thai Association for Clinical Sexology and Sexual Medicine, said that sexually transmitted infections are increasing because some hold mistaken beliefs, such as wanting to have sex without using condoms. This issue is not simply a lack of knowledge.
Rather, the knowledge presented may not be engaging enough or effectively communicated to the target audience. Therefore, the institute has developed courses to provide medical personnel and interested individuals with accurate learning opportunities covering physical, mental, social, and relational dimensions of sexual health and holistic well-being.

Prof. Dr. Atiwut Kamuthamas, an obstetrician-gynecologist and sexual medicine specialist, and Dr. Krit Jayasakul, a sexual medicine physician.
Also involved are Dr. Nattachai Ramphoei, a psychiatrist, Lt. Col. Dr. Lakkhana Jakkapak, an obstetrician-gynecologist and sexual medicine specialist.
