Monica Gao, Managing Director of TCL Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd., said TCL's past focus on the premium market has driven its strongest performance in 2025, with revenue growing 15.5% compared to the previous year. This growth was fueled by all TCL product categories, from mid-range to premium. As a result, TCL has become a global leader in several product segments including:
• In TVs and displays, TCL ranks first worldwide in shipments of Ultra-Large Screen TVs, Mini LED TVs, and Google TVs, and holds the top global market share in the MNT segment.
• In air conditioners, TCL is the world's number one seller of Fresh Air Conditioners and is the leading Chinese air conditioner brand in global exports.
• In refrigerators, TCL leads global shipments and continues to grow steadily in mid-to-premium product categories in overseas markets.
In the Thai market, TCL remains a rapidly growing brand, securing the number one sales position for Mini LED TVs and air conditioners in 2025, while refrigerators and washing machines saw growth exceeding 51% compared to 2024.
To build on this success, Monica Gao added that TCL is ready to announce a key 2026 strategy to accelerate its transition toward a more premium brand by driving innovation across all product lines under the concept The Journey of Greatness. This marks an important step from rapid growth to quality and sustainable development—a journey TCL invites everyone to follow.
At the event, TCL executives emphasized key pillars including Trust, Innovation, and Growth to foster Confidence. These form the foundation for building strong partnerships, advancing cutting-edge technology, and creating new growth opportunities in Thailand.
The Journey of Greatness is not just the launch theme but reflects TCL's long-term vision. After strong growth in 2025, the company is confident to move forward in 2026 with premium innovation and sustainable growth in Thailand.
"Thailand is one of our most important strategic markets in Southeast Asia. We are strengthening the Thai market through continuous investment and innovation in both products and marketing support, including plans to establish a new air conditioner manufacturing plant in Thailand," she said.
A key highlight of the event aligned with The Journey of Greatness concept was unveiling new technologies and products to elevate smart living experiences across all categories. This includes TVs, soundbars, monitors, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, smartphones, tablets, solar energy systems, and smart home innovations to support a fully smart lifestyle.
The event also featured various activities such as new product presentations, expert panel discussions, and hands-on product trial zones, allowing partners, media, and influencers to closely experience TCL innovations and explore the future of smart living.
TCL remains committed to advancing The Journey of Greatness by inspiring consumers with cutting-edge innovation and growing alongside partners to create a great smart living experience both in Thailand and globally, sustainably.
Points Redemption Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, represented by Vice President Mr. Chanan Sophonpanich and Assistant Vice President Ms. Jarucha Kusmit, Mobile Banking channel managers, presented two sea turtle nursery kits—consisting of fiberglass pools and water filtration systems—to the Upper Gulf of Thailand Marine and Coastal Resources Research Center. This was part of the Plankton-to-Power environmental project through the Replla Replka points redemption campaign on Bangkok Bank's mobile banking, encouraging customers to collect plankton points.
The collected points were converted into funding to purchase the sea turtle nursery equipment after customers jointly achieved the goal of 2,000,000 plankton points within just 29 days (1–29 December 2025), resulting in two nursery pools valued at 148,400 baht. These facilities will improve care and rehabilitation of sea turtles injured by natural factors and human activities.
Such injuries include entanglement in fishing gear, ingestion of marine debris, and entrapment by plastic waste. The nursery aims to increase the turtles' recovery and survival rates by at least 30% during rehabilitation before their release back into the wild. Mr. Narongrit Lertkasetwitaya, Specialist Academic Officer and Acting Director of the Marine Resources Research Center, accepted the donation.
Enhancing Rescue and Disaster Relief Capabilities Mr. Sara Lamsam, CEO of Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited, continues the company's social responsibility mission by supporting Thai society in crises.
