Dr. Pongthorn Kiattidamrongwong, Director of Project Management at Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Company Limited (BDMS), said that receiving ICHOM certification reflects BDMS's commitment to maintaining international healthcare standards. ICHOM has established a set of standard indicators to evaluate treatment outcomes important to patients.

These include symptoms, recovery, quality of life, and long-term results, supporting a Value-Based Healthcare approach that involves holistic care by multidisciplinary teams and the application of advanced medical technology.

Among BDMS's 18 hospitals preparing to apply for ICHOM international certification, the following have received ICHOM Level 1 certification (Q1 2026):

- Bangkok Heart Hospital for Heart Failure

- Bangkok Phuket Hospital for Heart Failure

- Bangkok International Hospital for Stroke

- Bangkok Sanamchan Hospital for Stroke

- Bangkok Muang Ratch Hospital for Stroke

- Phyathai 1 Hospital for Stroke

- Phyathai 2 Hospital for Stroke

Previously, in 2025, Bangkok Pattaya Hospital became the world's first hospital to receive ICHOM Level 2 certification for Coronary Artery Disease and Stroke, and Level 1 certification for Heart Failure and Diabetes.

Additionally, Watanosoth Cancer Hospital received ICHOM Level 2 certification for Breast Cancer in 2025, also as the first hospital worldwide to earn this recognition.

Coffee Truck Thai Beans Coffee Company opened a platform for new students to develop creative ideas through an exclusive workshop for the final 10 teams of the graphic design contest “Beans Thai…Design Anything Is Possible.” The contest attracted over 300 teams nationwide. Finalists must develop Coffee Truck design concepts under the theme of creating a Brand Experience reflecting the identity of Beans Thai Coffee. Winners will receive scholarships totaling 690,000 baht and the opportunity to develop their work into a real Coffee Truck that will travel nationwide to deliver new experiences to consumers.
