The Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce, continues to promote and enhance the capabilities of Thai entrepreneurs through the second T Mark Clinic event of 2026. This event provides in-depth consultation and guidance to elevate Thai entrepreneurs to international standards via the Thailand Trust Mark (T Mark), considered a key driver for sustainable growth of Thai products.
The Thailand Trust Mark was established in 2012 as a certification of the quality of Thai products and services that not only meet high standards but also genuinely consider social responsibility, labor rights, and environmental care. The department has signed memorandums of understanding with the Ministry of Labour (Department of Labour Standards Development)
and the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Works) to jointly certify this mark, aiming to build confidence and enhance the competitiveness of Thai products on the global stage. The second T Mark Clinic of 2026 was held at Centara Grand Central Plaza Ladprao Hotel in Bangkok. Participants attended seminars to learn about the Thailand Trust Mark project and exchanged experiences with entrepreneurs who have received the mark under the theme 'Building Thai Brands for the Global Market.'
Among the speakers were Mom Luang Phaskorn Aparakorn, Director of the Value-Added Trade Promotion Office, Department of International Trade Promotion; Kananant Tangsampan, Managing Director of Erawan Food Public Company Limited, owner of the brand Chang Koo Lok; and Jittrawalee Santivatana, Director of Food Business at Thai Edible Oil Company Limited, producer of KING cooking oil. They shared successes in taking Thai products to export markets and addressing diverse consumer needs in different countries.
Additionally, in the afternoon, an in-depth consultation clinic was opened by experts from both government and private sectors. This covered the procedures and criteria for applying for the T Mark, supporting entrepreneurs comprehensively at every step.
Over the past 13 years, the Thailand Trust Mark has built confidence and increased the competitiveness of more than 900 Thai brands, remaining a key force in continuously elevating Thai exporters toward sustainable success.
