Landy Home Reports 1.3 Billion Baht Revenue in First Half of 2026

Parat Maneeratnaporn, Assistant Managing Director and Sales Director of Landy Home (Thailand) Co., Ltd., stated that the company's performance in the first half of 2026 generated revenue exceeding 1.3 billion baht, accounting for more than 50% of the full-year target of 2.5 billion baht. Sales were divided by brand segments as follows:

Trendy Home (homes priced below 8 million baht) recorded sales of 450 million baht.

Landy Home (homes priced between 8 and 20 million baht) achieved sales of 650 million baht.

Landy Grand (homes priced over 20 million baht) posted sales of 200 million baht.

This success clearly reflects that modern consumers are willing to pay companies that demonstrate stability, verifiable standards, and trustworthiness rather than basing decisions solely on price competition.

"This year marks a year of confidence in the homebuilding industry, as customers no longer choose builders based on the lowest price but on confidence that the company will deliver homes according to agreed standards and prices, especially amid global economic and political uncertainties," he said.

For over 40 years, Landy Home has adhered to transparent operations and verifiable standards, particularly financial stability with a registered capital of 200 million baht, a strong financial indicator that reassures customers about liquidity and timely cash flow—common causes of project abandonment by general contractors.

Additionally, the company employs quality control systems led by engineers and specialized technicians, with clearly defined material details and construction specifications before contract signing. To date, Landy Home has built and delivered over 10,000 homes, offering more than 300 designs to ensure customers receive homes meeting the originally agreed standards.

Another key factor reflecting consumer confidence is positive feedback from actual homebuilders. The company targets over 200 million baht in sales from customer referrals (word of mouth) this year, demonstrating that customer satisfaction drives trust among new clients, especially business owners, executives, and middle- to upper-income families who prioritize quality, standards, and after-sales service over price competition.

Highlighting superior residential innovation (Innovation Leader).

As construction standards have become consumer expectations, differentiation in homebuilding now goes beyond strong structures and quality materials to genuinely enhancing living quality. Landy Home continues to develop residential innovations as an Innovation Leader, covering health, safety, and future living, including:

CAP+ (Clean Air Positive Pressure): A fresh air supply system creating positive pressure inside homes to block PM2.5 dust and pathogens from entering from the outset.

CP Design and Gecko-Free: Modern sanitary design innovations effectively reduce the entry of cockroaches, geckos, and other pests into the home.

Landy Elder Care: Innovations for elderly and health-challenged members, featuring preventive design functions to reduce accident risks and specially selected materials and sanitary ware for convenience and daily safety.

FR System (Flood Resistant System): Flood-prevention home innovation with separate sanitary and electrical systems and durable materials to minimize damage, enabling continuous living in the house during floods.

Building on ongoing confidence, the company plans to expand services regionally, enabling homebuilders in various provinces to access homebuilding services with the same standards as Bangkok and its metropolitan area, reducing risks from substandard contractors, project abandonment, or contract non-fulfillment, while raising construction and living quality standards nationwide.

Moving forward with a new business model to welcome "dealers nationwide."

In addition to service expansion plans, Landy Home announced a long-term goal to establish a network of 17 dealer branches within five years across strategic locations nationwide, especially in central, eastern, western, and northeastern regions.

The company invites entrepreneurs as local marketing and customer acquisition partners who do not need prior construction experience or direct construction management responsibilities, while Landy Home retains full responsibility for construction processes, quality control, and management to ensure uniform standards nationwide.

Parat added that despite Thailand's 2026 economy facing pressures from slower purchasing power, global economic fluctuations, and international conflicts, a major concern for homebuilders is complaints about unfinished homes caused by contractors abandoning projects.

Most cases stem from rising construction material and transport costs, making small contractors unable to bear expenses, leading to halted construction. Some homebuilders fail to deliver as per contract, charge additional fees mid-construction, or use materials below agreed specifications—issues widely publicized nationally and on social media, causing anxiety among prospective homebuilders.

This situation has shifted consumer criteria when choosing homebuilders from price comparison to prioritizing company stability and reliability. Before deciding to build, consumers should check 10 key factors to mitigate risks:

1. Registered company capital: Should be at least 10 times the home’s value to reflect financial stability and project responsibility capability.

2. Genuine customer reviews: Verify feedback and communicate with actual clients to confirm work quality and avoid becoming victims losing millions.

3. Actual construction sites: Should have multiple sites available for inspection to assess workmanship and material specifications, preventing staged or limited site deception.

4. Company experience: Firms operating for decades generally have professional systems and are stable enough to provide long-term structural warranties.

5. Transparent material specifications: Contracts must clearly specify brand, model, and grade of materials to prevent covert downgrading or substitutions.

6. Fair payment terms: Payment amounts should correspond to actual progress; unusually high initial installments may signal liquidity issues.

7. Reasonable pricing, not unrealistically low: In 2026, standard quality homes cost about 23,000–30,000 baht per square meter; much lower prices risk substandard materials, workmanship, or project abandonment.

8. Skilled labor sourcing: Choose companies employing specialized technicians for each work type, not a single team handling all tasks, since different construction tasks require distinct expertise.

9. Management: Companies should have QA teams setting and inspecting work standards, QC teams checking quality at all stages before handover, CS teams coordinating and tracking construction progress, and CR teams managing handover, warranties, and after-sales service, ensuring transparency and verifiability.

10. Consistent staff information: All employees should provide uniform information, reflecting a company with professional and transparent internal management systems.
