Marketing Roundup: Nippon Paint Launches Post-Sale Paint Film Quality Care Program

Mr. Watchara Siririttichai, General Manager of Nippon Paint Decorative Coatings (Thailand) Ltd., stated that today consumers expect not only quality products but also confidence throughout actual use. For Nippon Paint, creating a positive customer experience should not end at the point of sale.

It should continue throughout the product's lifespan with trust in Nippon Paint's quality and manufacturing standards. Therefore, we developed the NIPPON PAINT WORRY FREE program, a post-sale paint film quality care initiative, in partnership with six retailers: Thai Watsadu, HomePro, Mega Home, Global House, DoHome, and Hardware House. This program elevates service standards and reflects the brand’s responsibility for product quality, providing consumers peace of mind under the program's conditions, alongside ongoing product innovation and a Consumer Centricity approach focused on the customer.

Under this program, customers who purchase participating Nippon Paint products can register through the Line Official Account: NIPPON PAINT FAMILY, a channel designed to facilitate enrollment in the post-sale paint film quality care program. Registered customers using products according to the company's specified color systems...

If the paint film shows abnormalities preventing proper surface coverage under normal use and correct color system application within one year (conditions as defined by the company), the company will provide replacement paint products within that one-year period according to set terms.

Mr. Watchara added that delivering a good customer experience cannot be achieved by manufacturers alone but requires cooperation across the paint industry. Thus, this partnership with six leading modern trade retailers represents a joint effort to raise standards in consumer care, both in product quality and trustworthy service.

The NIPPON PAINT WORRY FREE program helps build consumer confidence with a clear after-sales care system, reducing usage concerns and enhancing the experience from pre-purchase decision-making through actual use.

Leading modern trade partners collectively stated, "We focus on selecting quality products combined with services that meet customer needs. Our collaboration with Nippon Paint enhances consumer experiences from product selection to comprehensive after-sales service. The NIPPON PAINT WORRY FREE program offers assured paint completion, reducing worries about quality and after-sales care, thereby boosting customer confidence."

This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of modern trade partners and Nippon Paint to elevate construction industry standards and promote broad access for consumers to quality products and comprehensive after-sales care.
