KPI Teams Up with Krungthai Bank to Launch GEN U INTER Insurance for Overseas Students

Krungthai Panich Insurance Public Company Limited (KPI), in partnership with Krungthai Bank, has designed an insurance plan to support modern Thai students called GEN U INTER. This insurance plan for studying abroad is created under the concept 'Trust turned into care,' aiming to transform family concerns into reassurance throughout the journey toward success.

GEN U INTER not only provides care during illness but also considers all aspects of living far from home through three main coverage pillars: 1. Global Medical Care dimension offering high-limit medical treatment coverage, relieving worries about doctor and medication costs with coverage up to 5,000,000 baht, including both accidents and illnesses.

It also offers continued care when returning to Thailand for further treatment, with coverage up to 500,000 baht. The plan ensures 24-hour safety with emergency assistance services and medical patient transfer at international standards.

2. Travel and Property Protection dimension.

It addresses common issues by covering lost or delayed luggage, damages from flight cancellations or delays, safeguarding accommodations, and providing protection against theft of property inside residences while abroad, offering peace of mind during studies overseas.

3. Financial and Family Support dimension.

It supports educational expenses by easing family burdens, reimbursing tuition up to 500,000 baht if unforeseen events prevent continuing studies. It also connects care by compensating travel and accommodation costs up to 5,000 baht per day for guardians visiting hospitalized students admitted for more than five days. Additionally, it offers up to 100,000 baht coverage for unexpected incidents affecting guardians residing in Thailand.

This insurance plan is designed to support lifestyle and comprehensive risk management at an affordable price, providing premium 24-hour care regardless of time zone or illness timing. Coverage duration is flexible, selectable from 3 to 25 months to suit both short-term language courses and long-term degree programs.

It saves money while offering high coverage of 3 to 5 million baht, with premiums starting at only 6,000 baht. More coverage details are available today at all Krungthai Bank branches nationwide or on their website.https://krungthai.com
