Mr. Ruangsak Loichusak, CEO of Baby&Mom (Thailand) Co., Ltd., revealed that this rebranding reflects the direction to elevate Baby&Mom’s image and expand its business role to align with evolving women's health needs. It builds upon expertise in pre-pregnancy preparation and educating those facing infertility to offer more comprehensive women's health care.
Over time, Baby&Mom has grown from a platform providing knowledge to women preparing for pregnancy and those with infertility. We realize that women's health care does not begin only when trying to conceive nor end after childbirth, as women experience physical, mental, and lifestyle changes at different life stages. We want Baby&Mom to be a companion helping women access appropriate health knowledge and care based on scientific foundations.
The launch of the new logo reinforces Baby&Mom’s brand positioning as 'The Science of Motherhood,' aiming to integrate scientific knowledge with a full understanding of all aspects of motherhood. The logo design ensures every element reflects the brand’s identity and direction.
The symbol of mother and child represents love and bonding, pink signifies warmth and understanding toward women, turquoise blue reflects science and innovation, while the plus sign symbolizes health care and readiness for motherhood. These elements go beyond a mere image change.
They represent Baby&Mom’s philosophy and business approach, emphasizing the use of science as the foundation for women's health care under the concept that love is the start of motherhood and science is the key power supporting every step of new life’s beginning.
Ms. Natcha Loichusak, or Kru Koi, Executive Director of Baby&Mom (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and founder of the Baby&Mom platform, stated that expanding the brand’s role builds upon scientific knowledge of pre-pregnancy preparation toward Fertility Wellness—comprehensive reproductive health care and readiness. This aligns with preventive health care approaches by encouraging women to care for their health early, without waiting to face infertility.
This approach covers nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress management, and health planning in collaboration with medical professionals, enabling women to prepare appropriately according to their health and life context.
Based on personal experience with infertility, we understand many women are not lacking effort in self-care but lack accurate, easy-to-understand, and practical information. Since each woman's motherhood journey is unique, we want Baby&Mom to be a space where women can access scientifically supported knowledge and advice, serving as a companion throughout all stages of motherhood.
Baby&Mom is advancing collaboration networks with hospitals, specialty clinics, doctors, experts, and health agencies to increase opportunities for women and couples to access health information and advice from medical professionals. Currently, the company has pilot activities with Vichaiyut Hospital and GFC clinic specializing in infertility treatment, focusing on pre-pregnancy health care and appropriate family planning.
Additionally, the company is preparing to announce partnerships with several leading hospitals both in Thailand and across Asia to strengthen medical alliance networks, expand customer base and business opportunities regionally, and support the growth of the Fertility Tourism market—a promising sector in future health services.
At the same time, Baby&Mom is leveraging strengths in science and innovation through collaboration with the National Nanotechnology Center (NANOTEC), under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), via the PhytoEX platform. This applies scientific and nanotechnology knowledge in research and product development, focusing on efficacy, safety, and verifiable scientific evidence. This reflects a progression from education to developing innovations and practical products.
Baby&Mom views the growth of Fertility Tourism—cross-border travel for infertility treatment services—as a key opportunity to expand into international markets. According to global market research firm Grand View Research, the global Fertility Tourism market is projected to grow at an average annual rate of 25.1% between 2025 and 2030, reaching an estimated value of 6.18 billion USD by 2030. This highlights growth potential for medical tourism in infertility treatment worldwide.
This growth is driven by trends of delayed childbearing, increased demand for infertility services, and advances in fertility technologies. Thailand’s strengths include specialized medical expertise, IVF and ICSI technology, accredited laboratories, competitive costs, and readiness in services and tourism—factors supporting its potential as a regional Fertility Hub.
Mr. Ruangsak added that Fertility Tourism growth not only creates opportunities for hospitals and infertility clinics but also expands business prospects related to pre- and post-treatment health care, including knowledge, nutrition, health products, and supporting services.
We see an opportunity for Baby&Mom to bring its expertise in pre-pregnancy preparation to enhance the Fertility Wellness ecosystem—from education and health promotion to connecting women with experts and appropriate services. We plan to develop partnerships progressively to support business opportunities internationally and grow alongside Thailand’s potential as the region’s Fertility Hub.
For the next business direction, Baby&Mom has defined four main strategies:
1. Science & Innovation: Developing knowledge, products, and innovations based on scientific research. 2. Women’s Wellness Journey: Expanding women’s health care from pre-pregnancy preparation through postpartum and breastfeeding.
3. Healthcare Partnership: Building networks with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and health agencies. 4. Fertility Wellness Ecosystem: Connecting knowledge, research, innovation, products, and health services to support comprehensive preconception health and readiness.
The international business expansion will proceed in stages, considering readiness in products, service systems, and partnership networks, alongside responsible health communication based on scientific evidence without overstating claims or substituting medical diagnosis or treatment.
This rebranding is not merely a change in corporate image but a significant step to propel Baby&Mom’s long-term growth by extending existing expertise into Fertility Wellness business, creating new opportunities, and laying foundations for future international market expansion.
