Listing 3 Strong Dividend Stocks in SET50! Yields Over 5% for 5 Consecutive Years

Amid market volatility, data shows that currently only three companies in the SET50 index have managed to maintain dividend yields exceeding 5% continuously for five consecutive years.

This ability to sustain high and consistent dividend payouts reflects strong financial stability and a concrete policy of returning profits to shareholders.

So, what are these three top-tier companies that have endured every economic crisis while continuing to pay outstanding dividends? Thairath Money will delve into their fundamentals and analyst perspectives.

Listing the 3 stocks with dividend yields above 5% for 5 consecutive years in the SET50.

Before listing the stocks, it's important to understand why SET50 stocks matter. The SET50 index, compiled by the Stock Exchange of Thailand, reflects the price movements of the 50 largest and most liquid companies by market capitalization.

These are considered Blue Chip stocks or fundamentally strong companies in Thailand, diversified across key industries driving the economy such as energy, commercial banking, and telecommunications. The list is reviewed every six months to accurately reflect the market, making it ideal for long-term investors seeking portfolio stability.

According to data from the SETSMART tool of the Stock Exchange of Thailand as of 27 Apr 2026 GMT+7, three companies in the SET50 have met the criteria of dividend yields over 5% for five consecutive years: LH, TCAP, and TISCO, detailed as follows.

1. LH, or Land and Houses Public Company Limited. A leading residential real estate developer in Thailand, dominating the detached house market. It also earns steady income from serviced apartments and retail spaces, and holds significant stakes in affiliated companies such as LHBANK, HMPRO, QH, and Q-CON.

Dividend yields over the past 5 years:

  • In 2025, 8.47%
  • In 2024, 9.90%
  • In 2023, 7.36%
  • In 2022, 5.05%
  • In 2021, 5.68%

Data from the Investment Analysts Association (IAA Consensus) shows that among 13 brokers, 3 recommend "buy," 9 recommend "hold," and 1 recommends "sell."

An analyst from Bualuang Securities Public Company Limited. Recommends "hold," noting the housing business still faces structural pressures from weak demand, fierce competition in the low-rise market, and limited new project launches.

However, first-quarter 2026 profit is expected to grow year-on-year due to a low transfer base and support from hotel and rental businesses showing more stable income recognition for the full quarter.

2. TCAP, or Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited. A holding and parent company of Thanachart financial group, offering full financial services including commercial banking, asset management, securities, insurance, and leasing. It currently holds a 24.99% stake in TMBThanachart Bank (TTB) and invests in other companies like MBK Public Company Limited and Ratchathani Leasing Public Company Limited.

Dividend yields over the past 5 years:

  • In 2025, 5.67%
  • In 2024, 6.34%
  • In 2023, 6.26%
  • In 2022, 7.06%
  • In 2021, 7.95%

The IAA Consensus shows that among 7 brokers, 3 recommend "buy" and 4 recommend "hold."

An analysis by Phillip Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited. Recommends "gradual buy," raising the 2026 profit forecast to 8.4 billion baht, benefiting from credit recovery in subsidiaries TTB, THANI, and Thanachart Plus.

Although the insurance business was impacted by earthquakes and floods, provisions were fully set aside in Q4 2025, so no ongoing effect is expected this year. The company also continues seeking new investments focused on sustainable shareholder returns.

TISCO, or TISCO Financial Group Public Company Limited. A financial group specializing in auto hire-purchase loans (especially electric vehicles), car title loans, and capital market services such as mutual fund issuance and brokerage.

Dividend yields over the past 5 years:

  • In 2025, 7.01%
  • In 2024, 7.87%
  • In 2023, 7.77%
  • In 2022, 7.20%
  • In 2021, 6.56%

According to IAA Consensus, among 15 brokers, 1 recommends "buy," 12 recommend "hold," and 2 recommend "sell."

Yuanta Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited. Recommends "speculative buy," noting that the current stock price has limited upside and trades at a higher price-to-book ratio than other banks, but the company’s strength lies in its high dividend payments.

Q2 2026 profit is expected to accelerate compared to both the previous year and quarter, supported by increased new car loan growth, especially for electric vehicles.

Asset quality remains good despite increased provisions to cover risks from economic instability. Capital market fee income continues to grow well.
