Summary of Financial Results for the First 9 Months of 2026: KKP - LHFG Net Profit Still Growing, But What Details Should Be Known?

As the fourth quarter begins, it is the season for Thai commercial banks to gradually announce their financial statements again, following TISCO Bank's report on 14 Oct 2026. TISCO Bank, under TISCO Financial Group Public Company Limited (TISCO), was the first to release its financial results, reporting a net profit of 5,302.18 million baht for the first nine months of 2026, an increase of 5.7% compared to the same period last year (YoY), prompting anticipation about other banks' performances.

Most recently, on 19 Oct 2026, two more small-sized banks disclosed their operating results. Thairath Money has summarized the noteworthy data here.

Kiatnakin Phatra Bank (KKP)

KKP revealed that in Q3 2026, it achieved a net profit of 2,388 million baht, up 43.0% YoY and 12.5% QoQ compared to Q2 2026. This growth was driven by its core business, benefiting from a diversified income structure—interest income remained stable, while non-interest income grew 28.3% YoY.

The rise in non-interest income came from several sources, including wealth management, financial and digital investment services from Dime!, fund management fees, merchant banking, and insurance brokerage commissions.

Additionally, net profit was supported by financial instruments measured at fair value through profit or loss, higher dividend income, and reduced losses from repossessed vehicles due to improved credit quality.

Total loans at the end of Q3 2026 increased by 3.7% year-to-date from the end of 2025, with credit loss provisions for the quarter totaling 928 million baht.

Notable points from the first nine months of 2026 are as follows:
