Investor Alert! Beware of Fraudsters Impersonating “KXVC” to Scam Investments and Request Transfers to Personal Accounts

KXVC Venture Capital FundIssues a warning to investorsTo exercise caution against fraudsters impersonating the company to deceive investors into investing or transferring money and assets by claiming to be representatives of the company or personnel associated with KXVC.

KXVC stated that it has been informed of malicious parties using the name and credibility of KXVC to contact and lure victims into investing, requesting money or asset transfers into the fraudsters' personal accounts, which The company confirms that it has never raised funds from external individuals and has never authorized anyone to act on its behalf to accept investments from the general public.

KXVC is a Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) fund investing solely with its own company capital, with no policy to accept investments from retail investors or external individuals in any form.

The company has filed a police complaint to pursue legal action against the fraudsters to the fullest extent and urges anyone who encounters suspicious behavior or receives such contact to verify information and report additional clues atcontact@kxvc.tech
