Tisco Reports 3,497 Million Baht Net Profit in First Half of 2026, Up 6.4% YoY with Revenue Growth in Two Segments

When it comes to dividend stocks in the banking sector, Tisco is one of the banks that everyone watches due to its consistently high dividend yield. Today, Thairath Money invites investors to update themselves on how Tisco's business looked in the first half of 2026 and how attractive it remains.

Net profit grew 6.4% year-on-year in the first half of 2026.

Sakchai Pechapatt, Group Chief Executive Officer of Tisco, stated that during the second quarter of 2026, despite economic challenges from geopolitical tensions and global energy prices, Tisco posted a net profit of 1,764 million baht, up 7.3% compared to the same period last year (YoY).

Meanwhile, in the first half of 2026, Tisco reported a net profit of 3,497 million baht, an increase of 6.4%, driven by recovery in core businesses aligned with improved economic and investment trends, including

  • the new auto hire-purchase loan business, which expanded well due to rising vehicle sales, particularly electric vehicles (EVs), leading to new loan disbursements growing over 23%.
  • The insurance brokerage business saw fee income from bancassurance rise 11.3%.
  • Capital market operations generated increased fee and service income from securities, fund management, and wealth management businesses.

For the second half of the year, Tisco will focus on quality growth rather than rapid expansion by maintaining a cautious lending policy aimed at customer segments and products with appropriate risk levels, alongside close monitoring of borrowers to preserve asset quality at a suitable level, balancing growth and risk management amid ongoing economic and financial market uncertainties.
