Spotlight on New Bond Issues This August: 4 Series from 3 Leading Companies, Retail Investors Eligible, Highest Interest Rate at 6.00% Per Year

In August 2026, investors seeking steady returns with low volatility still have attractive options. The bond market this month is lively, featuring well-known listed companies preparing to offer new bond series to meet demand for consistent cash flow into portfolios.

Three leading companies, offering a total of 4 bond series, are set to sell bonds to the general public and retail investors, highlighting attractive interest rates up to 6.00% per year with interest paid quarterly.

ORI offers 2 bond series with a maximum interest rate of 6.00%, paying every 3 months.

Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI). They are expected to issue unsecured, unsubordinated bonds with early redemption rights. Interest will be paid every 3 months. The bonds are offered to general investors and institutional investors (with individual institutional investors subscribing only as general investors). There are 2 series:

  • Series 1 Maturity of 1 year 11 months, redeemable in 2028, with an interest rate of 5.50% per year.
  • Series 2 Maturity of 2 years 11 months, redeemable in 2029, with an interest rate of 6.00% per year.

Subscription period: 25-27 August 2026.

SAK offers a 3-year bond with 5.60% interest, paying every 3 months.

Saksayam Leasing Public Company Limited (SAK). Expected to issue and offer unsecured, unsubordinated bonds with a 3-year maturity and 5.60% annual interest, paying interest quarterly. The bonds will be sold to the general public (with individual institutional investors subscribing only as general investors).

Subscription period: 24-27 August 2026.

Purpose of fundraising: For short-term working capital and/or purchasing assets, investments, or expenses related to business operations.

SIRI offers a 5-year digital bond with 3.70-3.80% interest, paying every 3 months.

Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI). Expected to issue and offer unsecured, unsubordinated digital bonds with a 5-year maturity and interest rates between 3.70% and 3.80% per year, paying interest quarterly. These will be offered to the general public only to Thai nationals of legal age who reside in Thailand and hold only Thai nationality (no minors).

Subscription period: 27-31 August 2026 via the “Paotang” wallet application of Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited. Minimum purchase is 1,000 baht, in multiples of 1,000 baht.

Bondholders’ representative: Krungthai Bank.

Credit rating: Issuer rated BBB+ / Bonds rated BBB+.

Purpose of fundraising: To repay debt from bond issuance.
