ttb Broker, an insurance broker under ttb, together with Allianz Ayudhya Insurance Public Company Limited, promotes insurance coverage for Songkran 2026 by giving away 3,000 free accident insurance policies under the "Safe Travels This Songkran" campaign. Coverage includes death, loss of limbs, eyesight, or total permanent disability (PA1) from general accidents, with coverage up to 50,000 baht per person for 30 days from April 1 to 30, 2026.
Thai Ocean Life Insurance opens registration for the first 1,000 people to receive the "Songkran Joy Microinsurance" policy via the OCEAN CLUB APP, with coverage up to 100,000 baht and accident medical expenses up to 5,000 baht. Coverage starts at 00:00 on April 11, 2026, and ends at 23:59 on May 10, 2026.
FWD Life Insurance offers free personal accident insurance (PA) coverage through the "Songkran Joy" accident insurance policy (underwritten by Dhipaya Insurance Public Company Limited) with coverage up to 100,000 baht for 30 days. This aims to provide peace of mind for those traveling during Songkran. Interested individuals can register easily via mobile without health checks or complicated procedures.
Muang Thai Life Insurance issues "Songkran Joy 10 Baht" microinsurance policies covering life and medical expenses due to accidents with coverage up to 100,000 baht, and "Songkran Joy 20 Baht" microinsurance with coverage up to 250,000 baht for life and medical expenses from accidents. Coverage lasts 30 days from the start date. Eligible applicants must be Thai nationals aged 15 to 70 years at policy issuance.
Customers can also redeem "Songkran Happy Policy (Microinsurance)" using 10 AIS Points via the myAIS app. Muang Thai Life Insurance also partners with LINE BK to offer group accident insurance for LINE BK loan customers for added Songkran peace of mind.
Allianz Ayudhya shows care for valued customers by offering free accident insurance coverage up to 200,000 baht for individual customers during Songkran from April 10, 2025, to May 10, 2025.
Samsung Life offers an 18% discount on first-year premiums for the Smart CI critical illness rider, applicable to standard premiums for new policies submitted with payment and effective coverage from now until June 30, 2026.

Meanwhile, Bangkok Insurance collaborates with the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) to develop affordable, accessible insurance products and partners with firms including TQM Insurance Broker, Lotus General Insurance Broker, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, and Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited to expand product access to all population segments.
Examples include the "Songkran Joy 10 Baht" microinsurance covering ages 15-70, with protection for death, loss of hands, feet, eyesight, or total permanent disability from general accidents up to 100,000 baht. Additional coverage of 100,000 baht is provided for public accident deaths or disabilities, and 50,000 baht for death or disability from murder, assault, or motorcycle accidents.
