RISE, a consultancy specializing in organizational transformation and innovation, has announced a collaboration with Harvard Business Impact to bring HBR Spark, a personalized online learning platform that aggregates knowledge from Harvard Business Review and is specifically designed for executives. This marks the first time a platform from a world-class university is officially made accessible directly to executives in Thailand.
Through this partnership, RISE will serve as a bridge connecting over 25,000 Thai executives under its network, enabling them to access world-class content on HBR Spark. The platform is tailored for modern leaders facing rapid transitions driven by AI, digital transformation, and intensifying regional competition.
HBR Spark is an AI-personalized executive learning platform developed by Harvard Business Impact to help executives quickly access in-depth knowledge from Harvard Business Review, customized to each individual's context.
Upon logging in, the platform uses AI to analyze initial data such as job role, industry, and personal development goals, then automatically designs a personalized learning journey.
The platform hosts a vast knowledge repository from Harvard Business Review, including over 21,000 articles, more than 1,750 podcast episodes, upwards of 1,600 videos, and over 70 business case studies. All content is structured into bite-sized learning units that take only a few minutes each, suited for busy executives.
Another key feature is the AI Curator system, which selects content aligned with the leadership skills each executive needs to develop. It also includes a Leader Profile tool that analyzes strengths and gaps in leadership areas like strategic thinking, networking, and decision-making, continuously recommending appropriate content.
Sumana Pachariyanont, Chief Financial Officer of RISE, stated, “Introducing HBR Spark is not merely adding a learning tool for corporate clients but also bringing in a global perspective, which is a crucial gap for Thai executives at this time.”
With experience working with over 500 organizations across Asia and more than 25,000 executives, RISE has found that most Thai organizations are somewhat prepared for transformation, including process improvement, technology adoption, and fostering an innovation-driven culture. However, what remains lacking is a system that helps executives continuously track global ideas and apply them promptly.
This collaboration is designed to connect the “Global Insight” from Harvard with RISE’s “Localized Execution.” Executives accessing knowledge through HBR Spark will not only consume content but also translate it into action via consulting services, strategy design, team building, and connections to suitable technology networks and partners within RISE’s ecosystem.
RISE will act as the exclusive partner of Harvard Business Impact in Thailand under a three-year collaboration agreement.
In the future, the partnership plans to bring Harvard professors, alumni, and experts to conduct workshops, roundtables, and executive sessions in Thailand, providing direct opportunities for Thai organizations to learn from and exchange ideas with global experts.
RISE views the ultimate goal of this partnership as enhancing the competitiveness of Thai organizations on the global stage and advancing the company’s mission to increase Thailand’s GDP by 1% through accelerating organizational transformation.
“We believe Thailand can no longer compete on lowest costs but must compete through innovation and fast access to world-class knowledge.”
“Partnering with Harvard Business Impact is not simply about introducing a new platform in Thailand but laying the foundation for Thai executives to learn, adapt, and drive change at the pace demanded by the modern business world.” Dr. Supachai Pachariyanont, Chief Executive Officer of RISE, added in conclusion.
