MG Enhances After-Sales Service by Fully Upgrading Network Personnel Standards

MG is raising the standard of "after-sales service" by hosting the MG SKILL CONTEST 2025, alongside systematically upgrading knowledge in electric vehicles and modern technologies.

Mr. Su Yin, Managing Director of MG Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Deputy Managing Director of SAIC Motor-CP Co., Ltd. or MG, said, “We have organized the MG SKILL CONTEST 2025 for the eighth consecutive year, aiming to elevate the skills, knowledge, and operational standards of personnel across MG’s nationwide network to align with the brand’s global standards.”

This year, over 1,000 participants from both sales and after-sales service departments across service centers nationwide competed, with 85 finalists selected from 30 service centers throughout the country.


MG has clearly defined its operational direction in Thailand under the strategy of Global Innovation, Thai Passion, Value Choice, reflecting world-class automotive technology that meets Thai consumers’ driving behaviors and offers a choice that delivers value and confidence in usage.

Simultaneously, MG focuses on improving after-sales service in three fundamental areas: expanding the service center network, raising professional standards in maintenance work, and creating service experiences that boost customer confidence at every step.


We place great importance on this year’s contest; the team has designed more in-depth tests to ensure personnel gain deep skills and understanding of the products, enabling them to perform their duties effectively.


This year’s competition is divided into nine categories: customer relations, quality warranty management, paint and bodywork cost appraisal, paint and bodywork technical work, repair and technical work, parts management, service consulting, sales consulting, and additionally, in-depth product knowledge and professional sales techniques.
