GPI is ready to organize MOTOR SHOW 2026, the 47th Bangkok International Motor Show, announcing nearly 100% advance space bookings with enthusiastic participation from new European and Asian car brands.
On 12 Jan 2026, Mr. Jaturon Komolmis, Chief Operating Officer of Grand Prix International Public Company Limited (GPI), said the company is preparing for MOTOR SHOW 2026, the 47th Bangkok International Motor Show, the largest automotive exhibition in the ASEAN region.
MOTOR SHOW 2026 will take place from 25 March to 5 April 2026 at Challenger Halls 1-3, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. The 47th Bangkok International Motor Show will be held under the theme THE ICONIC SYNCHRONICITY, representing the context of flawless movement.
Recently, over 50 automotive businesses from Europe and Asia have confirmed advance bookings for exhibition space, with strong interest continuing to come in. This has resulted in nearly 100% of space being booked in advance. Among these, at least 7 companies will be participating for the first time, and four additional brands have expressed interest in using exhibition space, pending allocation by the organizers.
At the same time, some automotive businesses have requested additional space for vehicle displays and test drive areas compared to last year, reflecting their confidence in the Bangkok International Motor Show, which is expected to contribute to a lively and vibrant event. Organizers are confident the show will be as dynamic as in previous years.
"Based on the advance booking demand, event revenue is expected to increase by more than 20 million baht compared to last year, which will positively impact the company's overall performance in 2026," said Mr. Jaturon.
He added that the 47th Bangkok International Motor Show will serve as a strategic platform for automotive industry players to launch new car models and the latest automotive technologies, reflecting the industry's development and direction in a tangible way.
The event will also feature diverse and intensive marketing activities to support consumer decision-making, aligning with the automotive industry's ongoing recovery and stable vehicle demand, enhancing the event's potential to generate business value and investment opportunities going forward.
