
GWM launched a campaign guaranteeing parts availability within 7 days to build long-term customer confidence and accelerate its goal to become Thailand’s No. 1 Chinese car brand in after-sales service.
Wayne Zhou, Managing Director of GWM (Thailand), said that although Chinese cars have grown rapidly in Thailand, many consumers remain hesitant to own one due to experiences they have heard, seen among acquaintances, online, or even personally encountered, such as long waits for parts, uncertain repair times, and unreliable after-sales service.
To address these issues directly, GWM launched the '7-Day Parts Availability Guarantee' campaign, ensuring parts readiness within 7 days after customers confirm repair orders, demonstrating GWM’s effective parts management and prompt service, eliminating worries about long parts delays.
If customers receive parts later than the 7-day limit, they will be compensated with 4,500 GWM Points, redeemable for products and services via the GWM Application. This campaign applies to all GWM models and runs from 12 January to 31 December 2026.
Wayne Zhou added that GWM has continuously invested in after-sales service, from long-term engine warranties to parts guarantee campaigns, clearly reflecting GWM’s long-term vision and mission in Thailand.
