Suzuki Reveals 2026 Plans to Launch Three New Car Models in Thailand

Suzuki reveals plans for 2026 to launch three new car models in Thailand: B-SUV (BEV), Crossover SUV, and Mini-SUV.

Mr. Tadaomi Suzuki, Chief Executive Officer of Suzuki Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd., stated that in 2026, Suzuki will continue to focus on comprehensive business development, including introducing products that meet real user needs and maintaining high-quality service as a key strength. This aims to ensure Suzuki remains a trusted and respected brand among Thai customers steadily into the future, driving business success toward its goals.

In the second quarter of 2026, Suzuki plans to launch three new products: B-SUV (BEV), Crossover SUV, and Mini-SUV models. This is part of the ongoing strategy to import Global Model vehicles into Thailand, as announced in 2024. These new launches will reinforce the brand’s diverse product lineup, comprehensively addressing the varied lifestyles of customers.

The vehicles emphasize urban maneuverability and versatility for long-distance travel, while maintaining affordability and value. Suzuki believes these new models will expand consumer options and stimulate demand in the Thai automotive market.

Suzuki is preparing in all areas, especially by enhancing the capabilities of dealership personnel to build knowledge, expertise, and excellent service standards, ensuring effective product and customer care.

Mr. Tadaomi noted that in 2025, the total vehicle market recorded sales of 622,395 units, an 8.68% increase from 2024. The market remains stable amid intense price competition. In 2026, attention will focus on the new excise tax structure affecting prices and consumer trends toward vehicles with very low CO2 emissions.

Beyond new product launches, after-sales service will be a key focus in 2026. Suzuki plans to enhance and develop all service areas to build customer confidence and reduce concerns over the long term, such as:

1. A free long-term maintenance check program lasting up to 7 years.

2. Extended warranty on repair work and parts to 1 year or 20,000 kilometers.

3. Promoting higher-than-expected service standards through the S-Solution system.

4. Spare parts management system to speed up service delivery.

Meanwhile, Suzuki plans to continuously expand its customer service network to increase convenience and speed of service access across regions. The company aims to provide uniform service standards nationwide and prioritize expanding service centers in high-demand areas.

This includes locations without existing Suzuki showrooms. In 2025, four new 2S service centers were opened, and in 2026, Suzuki aims to add five more centers to ensure comprehensive customer care and improve service accessibility in key locations throughout the country.
