It features technical innovation by using silicon carbide (SiC) semiconductor components in its electronic system for the first time. This allows the i5 to accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just 6.0 seconds, with a top speed of 193 kilometers per hour, while maintaining excellent precision and stability thanks to the standard Adaptive Suspension Professional.

The exterior appearance of the new BMW i5 eDrive40 M Sport is fully enhanced with the M Sport body kit, which includes an M-design rear spoiler painted to match the body color, M Sport brake calipers in Dark Blue Metallic, and 20-inch M Aerodynamic alloy wheels.

Inside the cabin, the design is refreshed and sportier with new Merino leather seats and Dark Silver M trim combining carbon fiber materials and silver accents throughout the interior surfaces, along with a Bowers & Wilkins surround sound system that provides an immersive experience on every journey.

The BMW i5 eDrive40 M Sport technology includes the Driving Assistant Professional driver assistance system, offering maximum convenience and safety with features such as Steering and Lane Change Assist, Active Cruise Control with Stop & Go function, and many others.

Additionally, the Parking Assistant Plus system with a 360-degree camera makes parking easier. All information and functions are displayed and controlled via a 12.3-inch screen in front of the driver and a 14.9-inch Control Display, along with BMW Head-Up Display technology that helps drivers receive information without taking their eyes off the road.
