Chery Thailand announced early 2026 success fueled by positive consumer response after the Chery V23 model achieved over 1,337 registrations in Thailand during January 2026, demonstrating strong preference for the vehicle's design and functionality that has made it popular among Thai consumers.
This success propelled the V23, a box-shaped electric SUV, to rank number one as the top-registered boxy electric vehicle in Thailand for the second consecutive month, thanks to its electric drive technology, safety features, and stylish design that caters to the identity and lifestyle of its users.

As a token of appreciation for Thai consumers’ trust, Chery Thailand is maintaining the current price of the Chery V23 to allow interested buyers to own one, although price adjustments may occur in the future.
The Chery V23 2WD model features a single motor powering the rear wheels, delivering a maximum of 136 horsepower and 180 Newton-meters of torque, with a 59.93 kWh battery enabling a range of up to 360 km (NEDC standard). It accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 11 seconds, with a top speed of approximately 140 km/h.
The 4WD version has dual motors driving all four wheels, providing a combined output of 211 horsepower and 292 Newton-meters of torque, equipped with an 81.76 kWh battery that offers a maximum range of 430 km (NEDC standard). It accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 7.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of about 140 km/h.

The 4WD model supports DC fast charging up to 104 kW.
Both models support AC charging up to 6.6 kW and Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) functionality up to 6.6 kW.
