Isuzu has raised customer confidence nationwide in sales and after-sales service by adhering to Japan's high standards through continuous sales and service skills competitions.
Mr. Takashi Hata, Managing Director of Tri Petch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd., said that over nearly 70 years of business in Thailand, Isuzu’s core strength has always been its commitment to developing both product quality and services under the concept of Isuzu Trusted Buddy—standing alongside customers and supporting Thailand.
The 2025 Isuzu sales and after-sales service skills competition is one of the activities that maintain the brand's trusted quality standards, supporting customers and their businesses, with total prizes exceeding 2,978,000 baht.
Meanwhile, last year, the Thai Isuzu technician team won the 2025 Isuzu World Technical Competition I-1 Grand Prix in the medium and large truck category, competing against participants from 37 countries. This achievement confirms the highest trust and the elevated service Isuzu provides to deliver excellent after-sales experiences to customers.
The champions each received a 100,000 baht sponsorship from Tri Petch Isuzu Sales as a token of appreciation. Furthermore, Isuzu recognizes the importance of education foundations and donated automotive education kits to 15 schools nationwide to be used as real-experience teaching materials.
This aims to prepare quality personnel for Thailand’s automotive industry, aligning with Isuzu’s policy for sustainable growth alongside Thai society, with a total value of 6,825,000 baht.

Mr. Santipap Phimwong of Prachakij Motor Sales, winner in the sales consultant category for pickups and multipurpose vehicles, said: “I have competed for three years. In the first year, I did not win; the second year I placed third; and this year I won first place. I’m very excited and not disappointed as I fully committed myself. The challenge was that competitors from across the country were very skilled.”
“However, I practiced thoroughly with my team, skilled trainers, and strong support from management, which allowed special practice time over about a month, practicing every week. Customers considering buying an Isuzu vehicle can be confident it is a great value and that they will receive excellent service.”
Mr. Panitchai Unphen from Kuayuhah Motor, winner in the technician category for medium and large trucks, shared his feelings about this success: “This is my first year winning after competing for three years. I’m very proud to represent the dealer and to have improved my skills, learning how much more I need to learn.”
“The biggest challenge was competing against myself—how strong my morale was and how I would solve problems during competition. I prepared by practicing myself first, then receiving guidance from experts or trainers at the center. I want to assure Isuzu customers to trust our technicians, especially those for large trucks. We truly know our work, use genuine parts, and provide standardized service you can rely on.”
Mr. Surasak Sujarit from Kuayuhah Isuzu Sales Bangkok, winner in the multifunction staff category (service consultant and customer relations), said: “This is my second year competing, and I still feel excited. Winning this year makes me very happy. The main challenge was competing with myself on data accuracy and service quality delivered to customers.”
“I prepared by working with customers at the service center while also practicing personally for two weeks. To all Isuzu customers, please have confidence in Isuzu service centers nationwide; all staff maintain the same high standards. You can trust us throughout your vehicle’s use.”
