The New XPENG X9 2026 is unveiled with state-of-the-art Turing AI Chip designed specifically for automobiles.

This processing chip is specially designed for AI systems in cars, acting like the 'brain' of the intelligent driver-assistance system. It features a 40-core processor capable of multitasking, comparable to having 40 intelligent minds working together simultaneously to analyze data.
The chip supports up to 30 billion variables for learning and decision-making, with a processing power of 750 TOPS—meaning it can analyze 750 trillion data points per second. This enables the car to understand its environment and respond quickly and accurately to various situations, reducing interference from backlight, low light, or glare. It allows the system to detect with greater precision, clarity, and range.
The new XPENG X9 is a fresh version of the sporty, agile, and smartest electric MPV. It features a complete exterior and interior redesign, elevating luxury with functions previously found only in premium cars and more advanced technology. Equipped with the Turing AI Chip, it offers AI processing power three times stronger. The exterior maintains the futuristic Starship coupe-style design with a redesigned front bumper.
It includes an Active Grille Shutter system with an automatically opening and closing lower front grille that reduces air resistance and improves energy efficiency. The 20-inch wheels feature a multi-spoke design with Starlight Floating accents, and the XPENG logo remains elegantly upright at all times.
Additionally, the car offers dual soft-close front doors, luxury comparable to premium vehicles. The interior door panels have been redesigned with new speaker covers and decorated with Ayous wood trim. For the first time, a head-up display appears on the windshield, showing driving information, external simulation visuals, and camera images. The sound system features 27 speakers, including interior cameras. All trims come with NAPPA leather seats, and the third-row seats have been restructured to fold flat in a 60:40 split with a single button.
It boasts an advanced 5C AI Battery Ultra-Fast Charging system with a maximum capacity of 110 kWh, supporting DC charging power up to 542 kW. The battery can charge from 10% to 80% in just 12 minutes and offers a maximum range of 715 kilometers (NEDC). It is the most energy-efficient electric MPV. The vehicle also features an Active Rear-Wheel Steering System with a tight turning radius of 5.4 meters, nine airbags, and added stability control functions for tire blowout scenarios.
The New XPENG X9 comes in three trims: Premium, Executive, and Luxury AWD. It is eye-catching with two new exterior colors, Lambent Cyan and Polar Violet, and a new interior two-tone color called Cloud Rose Brown, enhancing luxury.
Beyond presenting the vision under The Era of Physical AI framework with the innovative Turing AI Chip and latest intelligent electric vehicles, XPENG also showcased advanced inventions at the event, reflecting its technological excellence, including the humanoid robot IRON and flying cars.
