RIDDARA electric pickup truck bookings at Motor Show 2026 have surpassed 1,000 units.
GEELY RIDDARA made a significant impact at the Bangkok International Motor Show 2026 by accumulating over 1,000 bookings within just five days from the public opening, reflecting overwhelming enthusiasm from Thai consumers.
This achievement cements RIDDARA’s status as one of the standout brands of the event this year. The success not only breaks the brand’s booking records but also clearly signals the Thai pickup market’s transition from combustion engines to new energy vehicles (NEV pickups).
At the event, RIDDARA attracted strong interest from commercial users and SME operators across various sectors, including retail, wholesale, construction, and logistics, who are seeking new options to reduce long-term operational costs.
A key driver behind the continued booking surge is the significantly low operating cost. RIDDARA averages about 0.8–1 baht per kilometer, which is only 20% of the typical diesel pickup’s cost of around 4 baht per kilometer. For users traveling an average of 200 kilometers daily, this translates into savings of 16,000–18,000 baht per month.
Additionally, the ECON model, offered as a 4-door pickup, starts at just 739,000 baht, making new energy pickups more accessible and providing excellent value compared to similarly classed pickups.
With this competitive pricing structure, RIDDARA is priced lower than many diesel pickups and approximately half the price of future new energy pickups from market-leading brands, making it a highly cost-effective choice for both general users and businesses.
