The AVATR 06T is a 100% battery electric vehicle (BEV) in a Station Wagon (Shooting Brake) body style, the brand's first in this form. Developed as an extension of the 06 Sedan model, it focuses on versatility and increased usable space. The 06T is designed with the concept of combining performance and everyday practicality in a station wagon format.
Before its official launch in China, Avatr began accepting pre-orders from interested customers on 8 April 2026, officially unveiling the 06T on 22 April 2026, just one day before the Beijing Auto Show. The right-hand drive version is expected to debut in Thailand in late 2026 during the Motor Expo. Pricing in China starts at approximately 229,900 to 279,900 yuan (about 1.0 to 1.3 million baht), excluding import taxes.
Design and technology details: The Avatr 06T measures 4,940 millimeters in length, 1,960 millimeters in width, and 1,455 millimeters in height. The wheelbase, emphasized for increased rear passenger comfort, is 2,940 millimeters. The cargo space offers 517 liters, with roof rails supporting up to 75 kilograms. The powertrain highlights the Performance Tri-Motor Pure Electric Version focusing on superior acceleration performance.
The Avatr 06T's driver-assistance system is developed in collaboration with Huawei, featuring the ADS 4.1 system and next-generation LiDAR sensors with a resolution of 896 lines, capable of detecting objects up to 250 meters away.

The Avatr 06T Performance (Tri-motor) version focuses on maximum performance, with three electric motors delivering between 955 and 968 horsepower and peak torque of 996 Newton-meters. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.78 seconds and has a range of 680 kilometers. It uses 89.33 kWh lithium iron phosphate batteries (Shenxing Supercharged Battery), achieving up to 680 km (CLTC standard) or approximately 710 km (NEDC standard). Charging technology supports fast charging at 5C (30-80% in 12 minutes) via an 800V platform. The power output rivals the Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo. The three motors distribute power with one driving the front axle and two on the rear axle.
Besides its design and powertrain, the Avatr 06T's standout feature is its high-tech driver-assistance system, co-developed with Huawei. It features ADS 4.1 and next-generation LiDAR sensors (896 lines) with a detection range of 250 meters. The cabin includes a 15.6-inch central touchscreen and a 35.4-inch wide display running on HarmonySpace 5 operating system.
In addition to the pure electric (BEV) versions, the Avatr 06T in China also offers an EREV (Extended Range) model equipped with a 1.5-liter turbo engine that generates electricity, allowing a combined range of up to 1,250 kilometers as an alternative option.
The sound system in the Avatr 06T is developed in partnership with Meridian Audio, a high-end British audio brand. While quiet driving can aid concentration, enjoying favorite music enhances relaxation. The audio system is designed under the concept of a Mobile Wellness Sanctuary to create a realistic and soothing atmosphere. The top Performance model includes an amplifier delivering up to 2,016 watts, while the base model offers 1,408 watts maximum output.
The system includes up to 25 speakers installed around the cabin, engineered and tested by experienced British audio engineers. It supports 7.1.4 channel surround sound, including overhead Sky Speakers for deep, immersive audio with 24 independent channels. Meridian Audio, known for supplying sound systems for Audi models like the Audi A8L, assures high quality and performance.
The Air Subwoofer uses high-power dual-coil technology with 70W + 70W bass output. Its diaphragm is made from a composite paper material to provide deep, powerful bass with precise low-frequency response. Meridian engineers use six algorithmic modes to convert standard 2-channel stereo signals into immersive surround sound, enveloping occupants with sharp, realistic audio dimensions.
Intelli-Q adjusts playback based on vehicle data such as speed and external noise for consistent clarity. Perfect Balance maintains tonal balance at all volume levels.
RE-Q corrects cabin sound reflections for clear and accurate audio. Digital Precision reduces digital signal distortion, preserving complete sound details.
True Time is a DSP filter that eliminates pre-echo reverberation for tight musical timing. Speaker placement ensures coverage for all seats, with center midrange and tweeter speakers on the front console creating a front soundstage. Woofers and midrange speakers on the ceiling (Sky Speakers) add solidity to the sound.
Ultra-flat speakers produce overhead sound dimensions. Two headrest-mounted speakers in the driver’s seat provide private audio for navigation or phone calls, enhancing immersion. Surround speakers at the rear create a full 360-degree audio environment.
