Synergetic Auto Performance Public Company Limited (asap) is moving into a new growth phase after its New Business segment expanded dramatically, making up 74% of total revenue. The company recently announced an aggressive business strategy to transform from a "car rental business" into a leader in the automotive industry and a pioneer in comprehensive mobility innovation (Mobility Ecosystem). They are developing a modern platform linking automotive, insurance, and commercial electric vehicle businesses to elevate modern travel services, transitioning from a car rental business into a Mobility Ecosystem at the "SYNERGY STORY DRIVING FORWARD TOGETHER" press conference.


On 25 May 2026, Mr. Songwit Thitipunya, CEO of asap, along with executives from affiliated companies, shared an overview of the business, strategies, competition, and expansion direction toward sustainable growth. Under the concept of Disciplined Growth, Smarter Mobility, and EV-Ready, starting this year, the company is advancing into a new growth phase by integrating the strengths of asap’s comprehensive car rental services and its affiliates’ businesses—including car dealerships, used cars, insurance, and more—leveraging technology, human resources, finance, and a strong business network to support and grow together robustly. The goal is sustainable growth and transforming the core business from car rental to becoming a "leader in automotive business and comprehensive mobility innovation (Mobility Ecosystem)," meeting customer needs and creating exciting new experiences that address modern lifestyles, which now, beyond the traditional four necessities, face four new key challenges: Connectivity, Energy, Wellness, and Mobility.

The CEO of asap said that over more than 30 years in car dealership business and over 20 years in car rental, they appreciate continued customer trust. With a strong business foundation, visionary management, quality personnel, a capable business network, and a customer satisfaction focus, the company has achieved stable, strong performance and growth. The core business remains strong as asap pushes forward with EV Fleet and AI strategies in its main car rental segment. The CEO stated that in 2026, the company plans to enhance car rental services to meet demands from all customer groups, including corporate, government, and general customers, alongside expanding its EV Fleet for the premium market and commercial electric vehicles. They aim to have electric vehicles make up 30% of all new fleet vehicles. Additionally, the “EV Fleet – Try Before Buy” strategy will allow corporate clients and conventional fuel vehicle users to test electric vehicles before purchasing, fostering opportunities to grow the electric vehicle business within the group.

For short-term car rentals, the company plans to implement AI Dynamic Pricing to manage prices in real-time according to market demand, and to continue increasing direct sales via its website, which currently account for 55% of total sales. Moreover, a co-branding partnership with Trip.com aims to boost booking days by 58% compared to the previous quarter, within just three months.

Furthermore, asap plans to expand its chauffeur services to premium corporate clients, including airlines, private companies, and industrial estates, particularly in Rayong Province, a key economic and new industrial hub of the country.

Casap is enhancing profitability through a Margin over Volume strategy in its used car business under the trusted Casap brand. With strengths in inventory offering high-quality, standard used cars and a distinctive market position beyond typical used car markets—including commercial vehicles catering to SME business needs—the company plans to grow by shifting sales toward higher-margin retail sales. Under the “Margin over Volume” strategy, sales through auctions will be reduced to just 9% from 40%.

asap Protect is expanding its customer base into the insurance brokerage business, managed by asap Protect Company Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of asap. This important and promising business is expected to grow continuously under the new strategy by leveraging the customer base from car rentals, vehicle fleets, and electric vehicle deliveries within the group. Currently, over 95% of the company’s insurance premiums come from the internal ecosystem, while the external market remains a significant future growth opportunity, especially among electric vehicle customers and external corporate fleets.

EA1 is accelerating network expansion with brands CHANGAN, Deepal, Nevo, and AVATR in the electric vehicle dealership business, a key new flagship segment for asap. Managed by Eternity at One Company Limited (EA1), in which asap holds 51%, all official distributor brands—Deepal, Lumin, Nevo, and AVATR—are experiencing rapid, continuous growth. The company is developing sales and after-sales services and plans to expand showrooms to meet customer demand comprehensively. The 2026 sales target is 14,500 units, a 79% increase over the previous year’s CHANGAN total. The network is planned to grow from 36 to 60 locations nationwide by 2026, with dealer recruitment underway across all provinces.

Meanwhile, the premium electric vehicle brand AVATR, for which the company is the official distributor, continues to expand through flagship showrooms in Bangna and Rama 6. The 2026 sales target is 1,200 units, with plans to open four additional provincial showrooms within that year.

Evante is launching into the commercial electric vehicle market through MAXUS, another promising business under Evante Company Limited, of which asap holds 51%. Evante is the exclusive official distributor of MAXUS commercial electric vehicles in Thailand.

Evante targets the rapidly growing commercial electric vehicle market, including passenger and goods transport, commercial shuttles, ambulances, and specialized vehicles. Given Thailand’s commercial van market size of about 16,000 units annually, with almost no serious electric vehicle players, MAXUS Commercial is the first mover. The company aims to become the long-term leader in Thailand’s commercial electric vehicle sector.

Evante targets selling 300 Maxus vehicles in the second half of 2026, expanding to 1,500 units in 2027 and 2,200 units in 2028. They also plan to expand their showroom and dealer network nationwide. Interested parties can contact 065 456 1589 to apply as dealers.
