SAIC Motor-CP Co., Ltd. and MG Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd., known as MG, announced the appointment of a new senior executive, Mr. Chatwittai Tantraporn, as Deputy Managing Director of MG Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd., effective from 1 June 2026.

He will be responsible for overseeing marketing and sales operations,after-sales service,dealer management, and will assist in shaping MG's overall strategy in Thailand alongside Mr. Xu Yin, Managing Director of MG Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd., to enhance MG's competitiveness in the modern Thai market, advancing growth according to the global strategic plan and continuingto develop the MG brandto grow and maintain popularity among Thai consumers continuously.

Mr. Chatwittai Tantraporn's appointment marks a new beginning to set MG Thailand's direction by elevating marketing, sales, service, and dealer relationship management, aligned with MG's commitment to impress customers from their first visit to MG through every stage of ownership.

Mr. Chatwittai has assumed the position of Deputy Managing Director at MG Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd.He brings over 30 years of experiencein the automotive industry, having held senior executive roles in several premium automotive groups and contributed to developing Thailand's electric vehicle technology and ecosystem.

Mr. Chatwittai is recognized as an expert in communications andmarketing, as well as high-level management..

Mr. Chatwittai said, "With over 30 years in the automotive business, I am confident in MG's potential—its products, services, team, and strong dealer network—to advance to the next level in the industry.

Although Thailand's automotive market is highly competitive, it remains full of charm and opportunities, especially in the alternative energy vehicle segment, which has nearly doubled its growth rate compared to last year.
