First impressions of the HONDA eN:2 electric car reveal a sleek Fastback shape that is beautiful, fragrant, luxurious, and enticing to drive. The actual vehicle will be showcased at the Motor Show 2026, with an estimated price around 1.4 million baht.
Honda Automobile (Thailand) Co., Ltd., or Honda, has introduced the Honda e:N electric car, the second electric model following the eN:1. The Honda e:N2 is a Fastback-style electric vehicle featuring a continuously sloping roof extending to the rear, designed as a sporty and sharp-lined Crossover.
Designed under the Knives Out concept, the overall length is slightly longer than the Honda CR-V, with width similar to the Honda HR-V. Weighing 1,700 kilograms, it offers agile city driving, versatility, and a distinctly sporty look.
The vehicle features a grille-less front design, characteristic of electric cars, enhanced with an illuminated H-Mark emblem. The charging port is neatly positioned on the side. For the first time in a Honda model in Thailand, it has concealed exterior door handles, privacy rear windows, and soundproofing glass for both front and rear seats.
The air conditioning system in the HONDA eN:2 is distinctive, equipped with an Aroma Diffuser that releases fragrance capsules through the air vents, delivering a premium sensory experience designed to elevate the cabin atmosphere beyond ordinary travel.
This system promotes relaxation and emotional balance on every journey. It supports up to three fragrance capsules, allowing users to select and adjust scent intensity at three levels via a 12.8-inch touchscreen. Importantly, the air conditioning also includes a PM2.5 filter and Sharp's Plasma Cluster ion technology.
The Honda e:N2 is a 100% electric vehicle developed on the high-performance front-wheel-drive e:N Architecture F platform. It offers finely tuned acceleration response for confident, smooth, and enjoyable driving in every moment, while remaining easy to control without causing dizziness or motion sickness.
It delivers a maximum output of 150 kilowatts (204 horsepower) with peak torque of 310 Newton-meters, supporting a maximum range of 530 kilometers per charge (according to NEDC standards). It features an electric shift-by-wire gearbox with illuminated switches and offers four Drive Mode options to tailor driving characteristics to various travel styles.
The Honda e:N2 comes equipped with advanced safety technology to provide confidence on every trip. Honda SENSING intelligent safety technology uses a wide-angle front camera to effectively detect vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, and pedestrians, complemented by comprehensive safety systems around the vehicle.
These include Blind Spot Information (BSI), Cross Traffic Monitor (CTM), Multi-view Camera System (MVCS), front and rear parking sensors (four points each), and for the first time in a Honda car in Thailand, a front center airbag, raising safety to a new level on all roads.
From our experience inside the Honda e:N2, the design is well-executed and simple, focusing on comfort under the Sukkiri concept, which minimizes blind spots. The synthetic leather seats resemble those in the Honda HR-V but use lighter tones to create an open and comfortable cabin.
A standout feature is the Walk Through function of the front seats, reminiscent of the first and second-generation CR-Vs, allowing placement of handbags or school bags. The wireless charger and USB-C ports are discreetly hidden within the center console. The rear seats fold flat to increase trunk space.
The central 12-inch screen features a simple interface supporting wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and integrates Honda's Telematics system via the Honda Connect app. The sound system is by Bose, and there's an 11-inch Head-Up Display providing detailed driving information without diverting attention from the road.
The estimated price of the Honda e:N2 is around 1.4 million baht, with the official price announcement scheduled for 23 March 2026. The car will be available to see at the Motor Show 2026 and Honda showrooms. Customers receiving one of the first 100 units by 30 April 2026 will also receive an American-imported Motopackto electric scooter as a special bonus.
