The AVATR 06T is a 100% electric battery electric vehicle (BEV) in the Station Wagon (Shooting Brake) style, the brand’s first in this category. It is developed from the 06 Sedan model to enhance versatility and increase usable space. The 06T was designed with the concept of combining performance with everyday usability in a station wagon form.
Before its official launch in China, Avatr began accepting advance reservations on 8 April 2026 and officially unveiled the model on 22 April 2026, just one day before the Beijing Auto Show. The right-hand-drive version for Thailand is expected to debut late 2026 at the Motor Expo. Pricing in China starts at about 229,900 to 279,900 yuan (approximately 1.0 to 1.3 million baht, excluding import taxes).
Design and Technology: The Avatr 06T measures 4,940 millimeters in length, 1,960 millimeters in width, and 1,455 millimeters in height. The wheelbase is extended to 2,940 millimeters to increase rear passenger comfort. It offers 517 liters of trunk space and roof rails supporting up to 75 kilograms. In addition to its appearance and powertrain, the Avatr 06T’s technological highlight is its driving assistance system developed with Huawei. It features the ADS 4.1 system and next-generation LiDAR sensors (896 lines), detecting objects up to 250 meters away. The interior includes a 15.6-inch central touchscreen and a 35.4-inch wide display, operating on the HarmonySpace 5 OS.
Besides the pure electric (BEV) version, the Avatr 06T in China also offers an Extended Range Electric Vehicle (EREV) model that uses a 1.5L turbo engine as a generator, extending the total driving range up to 1,250 kilometers, providing an alternative option.
The Avatr 06T’s sound system is developed in collaboration with Meridian Audio, a premium British audio brand. While driving quietly can improve concentration, enjoying music during travel offers true relaxation. The audio system is designed as a Mobile Wellness Sanctuary to create a relaxing and immersive atmosphere.
