Chery Thailand has officially launched the assembly line for the Chery V23 electric vehicle in Rayong, marking its formal introduction in the Thai market.
Mr. Jim Lee, Managing Director of the Chery Thailand brand, stated that in early July, they opened the Chery V23 assembly line in Thailand, reinforcing CHERY's commitment to long-term business operations in the country. Since entering the Thai market in the third quarter of 2025, they have received a warm response from Thai customers, reflected in total sales exceeding 5,500 units, especially the 100% electric Chery V23.
The vehicle stands out with its boxy design and enjoyable driving experience that meets all travel needs, combined with safety technologies that make driving comfortable for everyone. The company remains focused on building customer confidence by enhancing parts availability, service quality, and developing personnel capabilities in Thailand, aiming to become the top choice for Thai families.
The Chery V23 assembly plant in Thailand has been developed and operates under the same standards as CHERY’s factories in China. Every Chery V23 vehicle rolling off the production line undergoes a rigorous 100% quality inspection covering structural integrity, safety systems, electrical systems, and driving performance to ensure each car is of the highest quality and fully ready before delivery to customers.
Chery Thailand is prepared to deliver over 1,000 Chery V23 vehicles to Thai customers each month as scheduled, underscoring its production readiness and commitment to providing quality vehicles to consumers in Thailand.
