For the used car business under the Casap brand, which enjoys strong customer trust due to its inventory of quality, certified used cars, including both passenger and commercial vehicles serving SMEs, the company plans to grow by shifting its sales mix to focus more on retail sales, which yield higher profits. Under the Margin over Volume strategy, auction sales will be reduced from 40% to just 9%.

asap Protect Builds Insurance Business on Customer Base

The insurance brokerage business, managed by asap Protect Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of asap, is another key business with strong growth potential. Under the new strategy, asap Protect is expected to grow steadily.

This growth is driven by leveraging the customer base from car rentals, vehicle fleets, and EV deliveries within the group. EA1 Accelerates Network Expansion Through Brands CHANGAN, Deepal, Nevo, and AVATR

The EV dealership business, a key new flagship of asap managed by Eternity at One Company Limited (EA1), in which asap holds 51%, represents official distributors of CHANGAN brands including Deepal, Lumin, Nevo, and AVATR. All these brands have experienced rapid and continuous growth.

The company is developing sales and after-sales services and plans to expand showrooms to meet customer needs comprehensively. It targets sales of 14,500 units in 2026, a 79% increase from the previous year’s CHANGAN combined sales. The network will expand from 36 to 60 locations, currently recruiting dealers in potential areas nationwide by 2026.

Meanwhile, the premium EV brand AVATR, for which the company is the official distributor, continues expanding through flagship showrooms in Bangna and Rama 6, targeting sales of 1,200 units in 2026 and planning to open four more showrooms in provinces within that year.
