"Remember, for all the hardcore NATO fans, they used to pay only 2% of GDP, and most didn't even pay that, until I came along! The U.S. foolishly paid for them! I made them increase to 5% of GDP with respect, and they immediately agreed. Everyone said it couldn't be done, but it was, because above all, they are my friends. Without my involvement, Russia would have taken all of Ukraine by now."
"Also remember, I single-handedly ended eight wars, and Norway, a NATO member, foolishly decided not to award me the Nobel Peace Prize. But that doesn't matter! What's important is that I saved millions of lives."
