The road is a section of Southern Boulevard, connecting Palm Beach International Airport to Trump's private residence and club at Mar-a-Lago, now officially named "Donald J. Trump Boulevard."
At a celebration in the Mar-a-Lago mansion's banquet hall, Trump smiled broadly and said, "I feel deeply honored. This is a very important road with many people passing through—both important and not important, though I don't care whether they are important or not. But this road has meaning."
