U.S. President Donald Trump was all smiles after local officials announced the official naming of a section of road in Palm Beach County, Florida, after him.
The road is a segment of Southern Boulevard, connecting Palm Beach International Airport to Trump’s private residence and club at Mar-a-Lago, now officially named "Donald J. Trump Boulevard."
At a celebration in the ballroom of the Mar-a-Lago mansion, Trump smiled as he said, "I feel deeply honored. This is a very important road, traveled by many people—both important and not important, though I don't care whether they are important or not—but this road has meaning."

This road serves as the main route for guests, dignitaries, politicians, and foreign leaders traveling to the Mar-a-Lago mansion, which Trump uses both as a private home and as a venue for hosting political guests.
Trump also took the opportunity to speak about his administration’s achievements ahead of the first anniversary of his presidency, stating that there are still three great years ahead and expressing hope that the country will remain great for many decades.
The U.S. leader mentioned the newly installed road signs, saying that when people see the beautiful, well-lit signs at night reading "Donald J. Trump Boulevard," they will feel pride—not in him personally, but in our country.
