The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) reported a severe shooting incident in the western part of the country, causing at least 9 deaths and approximately 25 injuries.
Officials stated that 6 people were found dead inside Tumbler Ridge Secondary School, located in the northeast of British Columbia, while another victim died en route to the hospital.
Additionally, 2 fatalities were discovered in a house not far from the school, which police believe are connected to the same incident.
