Court documents filed on 24 March 2026 list Prince Harry as a co-defendant alongside Mark Dyer, a former trustee of the foundation. Previously, Prince Harry resigned from the foundation in 2025 along with co-founders and some board members after conflicts arose with the organization’s chairman regarding management approaches.
