The Israeli military revealed it attacked more than 200 targets in Lebanon during the past 24 hours, claiming the strikes were aimed at Hezbollah. Meanwhile, the Lebanese armed group has continued to attack Israel.
On 11 Apr 2026 GMT+7, the Israeli military continued its attacks on targets in Lebanon, claiming to focus on Hezbollah, despite Iran's insistence that the ceasefire agreement it made with Washington and Israel must also include stopping attacks on Lebanon.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) stated in a release posted on X that it struck more than 200 Hezbollah-related targets in the past 24 hours, including terrorist group infrastructure and to support ground forces operations in southern Lebanon.
The IDF added that it also targeted Hezbollah rocket launch sites to disrupt ongoing attacks against Israel.
Meanwhile, Lebanese official media reported that Israeli attacks have caused three deaths in the city of Jibsheet.
At the same time, Hezbollah has continued attacks on Israel, sending multiple drones from Lebanon on Saturday along with firing about 10 rockets. However, there have been no reports of injuries or deaths so far.
"Iran believes the ceasefire in Lebanon has not truly taken effect and says the U.S. has an obligation to ensure Israel upholds this commitment," stated Nour news agency, a semi-official Iranian outlet, on Saturday. It added that the Iranian delegation in talks in Islamabad "is seriously monitoring this issue."
Israel has refused to discuss a ceasefire with Hezbollah but has agreed to begin formal peace negotiations with the Lebanese government next week.
