
The United Kingdom's Royal Mail has unveiled a commemorative stamp set honoring Queen Elizabeth II on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of her birth on 21 April 1926.
This special stamp collection consists of 8 main stamps, each featuring photographs of the Queen at different stages of her life, from her youth in the 1930s as Princess Elizabeth to the later years of her reign in the 2020s.

Additionally, there are four stamps reflecting her personal interests, focusing on her love of animals, especially corgi dogs and horses, which are important symbols associated with her.
Since ascending the throne on 6 February 1952, Queen Elizabeth II’s image has appeared continuously on British stamps, becoming a key national symbol.
This new stamp set also includes a special detail: the silhouette of King Charles III, her son and the current monarch, appears in the corner of the stamps.
The commemorative stamps will be officially available for sale on 21 April, coinciding with the 100th anniversary of the Queen’s birth, and the public can pre-order them now.
