President Donald Trump's approval rating has declined to its lowest level since the start of his second term, mainly due to his management of the war with Iran, according to the latest NBC News poll.
The poll, released Sunday, showed that only 37% of Americans support Trump's performance, while 63% disapprove, including 50% who strongly disapprove, reflecting growing dissatisfaction.
Focusing specifically on the war with Iran, only 33% of respondents approved of Trump's policy, while 67% expressed varying degrees of disapproval.
The poll also highlighted clear political divisions, with 82% of Democrats and independent voters opposing the war, whereas 74% of Republicans supported it.
Another key point is that younger people are particularly likely to oppose the war. Overall, 61% of U.S. adults believe the country should not take further military action in Iran, with this figure rising to 74% among those under 30 years old.
These poll results reflect increasing pressure on the U.S. government amid Middle East tensions, potentially influencing political direction and future policy decisions.
