Trumps Health Report Released: Doctor Advises Weight Loss and Exercise, Confirms Excellent Overall Fitness

The annual physical examination of Donald Trump reveals a slight increase in weight compared to the previous year, while his brain test results show a perfect score of 30 out of 30. Doctors indicate his heart age is about 14 years younger than his actual age, and overall health is excellent.

The White House has released the latest annual health examination results of President Donald Trump. His personal physician stated that although Trump received recommendations to lose weight and increase exercise, he remains in excellent overall health and fully capable of performing his duties as U.S. leader.

Dr. Sean Conley, the White House physician, noted in the medical report that President Trump continues to exhibit excellent health in cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological systems, and overall physical fitness.

He added that assessments of both physical and cognitive functions are very good, and Trump is fully prepared to fulfill his responsibilities as Commander-in-Chief and head of state.

However, the doctor recommended preventive measures focusing on diet control, increased physical activity, regular low-dose aspirin intake, and ongoing weight reduction.

The report states Trump is 6 feet 3 inches tall (approximately 190 centimeters) and weighs 238 pounds (around 108 kilograms), which is an increase from last year's weight of 224 pounds (about 102 kilograms).

This health check was conducted at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and marks Trump's third physical examination since returning to the White House in 2025, as the oldest U.S. president ever inaugurated.

Previously, the White House disclosed that Trump had swelling in his legs and ankles, diagnosed as chronic venous insufficiency—a condition where vein valves do not function properly, causing blood to pool in the veins.

The latest examination reported mild swelling in the lower legs, but this shows improvement compared to the previous year.

Additionally, Trump has attracted attention for frequent bruising on his hands during his second term. The White House explained this was due to extensive handshaking and a side effect of regular aspirin use.

The medical report also detailed a comprehensive neurological examination, with all results normal across cognition, nerve function, balance, movement, and physical responses.

Regarding cardiac health, doctors stated that electrocardiogram analysis using artificial intelligence (AI) estimated Trump's heart age to be approximately 14 years younger than his chronological age.

Meanwhile, Trump underwent the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), a screening tool for dementia and early cognitive impairment, scoring a perfect 30 out of 30.

Earlier, Trump posted on Truth Social after completing the health examination, saying everything was perfect, though the White House only recently disclosed detailed results.

The latest health report comes amid close scrutiny of the U.S. leader's age and physical condition, especially following his return to the presidency at an older age, making his health a focus of public and media interest.
